"Not only did she tear a hole in my pants by ripping a button off the pocket but when I took it back she claimed the machines could not do that then changed the story to say she could not tell if the damage took place at her store. I wonder which it is, it couldn't have been done but her machines or she couldn't tell if it had been done at her store? Keep in mind I WAS a loyal customer of hers since we moved to Clintonville 5 years ago. I see the woman every other week and have NEVER brought in a damaged item. She was very uninterested in my situation and basically called me a liar to my face. I will never go back and will tell everyone I know the story and suggest they not use her"service". "

Before then I had visited Swan Cleaners and receiving a price quote of about $100 for my items, I was pleasantly surprised at the great prices for their services. When I told them that I found them on Angie's list, they acted as though they were unfamiliar with Angie's List. This was good because it told me that they consistently provide quality services, not good service only to Angie's List members. Though I was expecting my items to be cleaned and ready for pickup within 3-4 days, they told me that I could pick them up the next day, which was great. My experience overall was excellent, and they gave me a coupon for my next visit."

"Good quality cleaning. Will re-do if not satisfied. Very convenient. Only complaint is that staff doesn't know how to do many things (ring in a coupon, schedule a pick-up) when the owner is not in."

"When I attempted to drop off two blankets to be cleaned, I was informed that the charge would be over $50. I declined their services and brought the blankets back home. Later, I had the items cleaned elsewhere for less than half the price of this cleaner. On other occasions, I have tried to drop off items that they have rejected as unsuitable for dry cleaning, and then had them cleaned elsewhere with no problems. Because of this cleaner's tendency to reject items and to charge very high fees, I will not be using them again."

More coupons are in the Main Street magazine. One time, one of the employees pulled out the Main Street magazine and ripped out the coupon to apply to a large bill I had one day. Talk about service! On a rare occasion, I have lost a button on a dress shirt. Once they tried to repair it themselves but did a poor job. At least they tried, I guess. Same day service before 9 am is nice but expensive."

"We have used them almost a year. They give good consistent service and if there is ever a problem they take care of it. We have tried other pick-up and drop off services, and I think this is definitely one of the very best that we have ever had. They are really just good people."
