A few days later, I brought in a long black dress coat that the other dry cleaner had promised to clean and remove the cat hair from. I was very frustrated because the other cleaner had tried twice to remove the cat hair and did not remove it all. (Plus, they would not give me any discount or refund, even though they'd told me they could remove it). I shared my story with the clerk at Bart's. Bart's not only cleaned the cat hair off the coat, they did it in only a couple hours, and they did it at NO CHARGE! Now that's what I call customer service. Bart's has earned a customer for life with that simple act of kindness. I will gladly recommend them to anyone in my area!"
