"The company was quick to respond and offered the best price of the estimates I obtained. The old laminate countertops were removed and granite was installed quickly and professionally. I selected our granite directly from the stone yard and got the stone I requested. It was cut, finished and polished beautifully. Responses were quick, they were on time for all appointments. Absolutely no complaints.

"The worked closely with us to ensure the cabinet layout was correct - tough with us due to some unorthodox off-sets in the kitchen. The only problem we had with the cabinets was

and easily fixed. They sent us the wrong side for our Dishwasher end panel which was simply and quickly swapped out after it was discovered. They also left a carousel partly assembled, at our request, so we could make some changes to the hardware prior to installation - very helpful.
After making the rounds of the granite suppliers, they offered to have us review the layout, prior to the first cuts, in order to ensure that the features in the granite that we wanted to be visible met our satisfaction. They provided samples then so we could shop for tile while awaiting the install. All appointments were on time and the workers were very thoughtful and courteous! They even took the time to repair a cabinet that we had improperly installed, in order to finish the granite counter installation. I would wholeheartedly recommend and use them in the future.

"Overall, things went very well and we are absolutely delighted. The guys are true artisans.
We selected a granite for our kitchen that they displayed in their showroom. The displayed price was $50/sq ft. They had a coupon for $10 off/sq ft for Angie's List customers...and so we only paid $40/sq ft. We were delighted. The bathroom counters we selected from granite remnants in their "bone yard". These were all $35/sq ft.
We went to several granite yards to select the slabs they would use and put them on hold.
They were available to measure the week following our visit to their showroom. At our request, we delayed this for about 3 weeks as we weren't ready. They came to measure a few days after we called to tell them they could come any time. Because we had so many areas being done...and also because a few of them were quite intricate, the man was at our home for several hours doing the measurements. A few days after the original measurement, someone else came to take another measurement which had been missed by the original gentleman. This second visit took all of about 5 minutes.
We did our own tear out of the old counters to save money.
The Installation was scheduled for a week after the measurement. They called to say they would be about an hour later than they had anticipated. They worked hard and got the bathrooms, dining area and half the kitchen done.
Unfortunately, when they went to bring in our last piece, a 4' by 10' slab for our kitchen - it fell on one of their workmen while they were maneuvering the granite in their truck. The young man got a couple nasty bruises and the granite broke.
When the granite broke, the workmen immediately called their office who then called us and apologized for our inconvenience and requested that we select a replacement slab of granite asap. They then sped up the fabrication so the last piece was delivered just one week following the original installation. Fortunately there were still slabs left from our lot so other than having no kitchen sink for a week, it really wasn't any big deal.
When the last counter was delivered, one of the exposed edges was not finished (polished,

trim cut in, corner curved).

, one of the installers took care of this work on the spot. I couldn't believe it. There was almost no mess and the work done in place in our home looks exactly like that which had been done in their shop. It looks just super. He's a true artist.
We're delighted. They did great work and we would definitely work with them again...in fact we have another project, a wet bar, planned right now!

"This was a small job but an incredible learning experience for me. I was met with courtesy and professionalism each step of the way. The salesman,
Columbus Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
, was very knowledgeable and helpful during the selection process. He encouraged me to take samples home to see how they looked in the actual room. When I changed my mind,
Columbus Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
was patient and continued to be helpful. Upon making the final decision,
Columbus Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
allowed me to go with him to
Columbus Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
the area on the granite slab where I wanted my countertop cut. The countertop and backsplash were fabricated to precise dimensions--no easy job in an older home. The installer,
Columbus Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
, is a true perfectionist. He set the countertop and then ordered the backsplash, so it would fit into tile walls. The result is absolutely beautiful!

"I first went to
Columbus Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
when I was starting my shopping for a granite countertop. I got there at 5 minutes til 6:00p, and
Columbus Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
and
Columbus Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
were more than happy to stick around for a half hour to an hour to talk with me, explain their process, and show me some granite. Their process is
Columbus Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
and easy to understand. They essentially bundle everything into one, bottom-line price, which is an extremely nice change from most granite suppliers - many of which itemize every item, even backsplashes and mileage charges.
I then shopped around for a month or two before returning to
Columbus Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
and checking on their stock. By that time, I had pretty much narrowed it down to two possible companies,
Columbus Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
and one other granite and marble shop in Columbus. The other shop could definitely compete with
Columbus Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
's prices, but no other shop in Columbus came even close. I repeat, besides one other shop (out of numerous, numerous shops that I visited), no one could come close to
Columbus Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
's prices. This is especially true for the exotic stones
Columbus Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
has.
I checked the stock for a couple of weeks at
Columbus Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
and then made a selection.
Columbus Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
was extremely helpful when I needed assistance picking a color. I then set the measure date and install date.
Columbus Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
installed on a Saturday for me, which was a big plus with their company.
The person who measured seemed pretty proficient at his job, but he was a bit
Columbus Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
. Regardless, it did not take him too long to measure. The installers were extremely nice and seemed to do a very good job. I appreciated the fact that they took the work seriously. I also had the installers do the plumbing. The plumbing work is okay. I am not sure that I would have them do the plumbing work again, but it was extremely convenient to have them do it the day of installation.
The only hang up with
Columbus Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
was that for a bit it was a little hard to get in touch with them, due to some health issues of the owner. That is completely understandable, and other than that, they are a great company, nice people, and I would definitely use them in the future. In fact, I doubt I would really shop around again. They have nice products at a very good price.

"I visited
Columbus Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
's showroom when they were in the midst of moving their business. Their manager was ill and not able to work at that time and the majority of the employees were busy moving materials from the old location to a larger building. There is an impressive selection of distinctive granite slabs available from which to choose. If you are looking for a unique piece of granite, this is the place to go.
I did receive assistance after calling the business' phone number and filled out an information sheet. I was given a sample of a few types of stone to bring home after I filled out an information sheet that included a sketch of my kitchen's floor plan and measurements of the current counter tops. It was helpful to take some basic measurements prior to visiting this business so that
Columbus Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
(the manager) can provide an estimate of the cost. A few days later I was able to get estimates of the cost for the job with the different stones that were under consideration.
I returned a couple weeks later with my husband in tow to finalize our decision on the stone that we had selected. The manager
Columbus Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
informed us of what to expect. We made appointments for having
Columbus Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
measure our current counter tops, a time for me to look at how templates would be laid out on the stone slab and for installation. These dates were only two weeks in advance----a very rapid turn around time for custom made counters.
Columbus Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
was incredibly meticulous in taking measurements in my household using expensive laser equipment to ensure an accurate fit since walls are not always true. He was able to have the templates ready for layout in less than 36 hours. He came on a Tuesday morning and I was able to come in for a layout the following afternoon.
Columbus Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
, head of fabrication made certain I was satisfied with which part of the slab would be used for the most visible portion of my counter and for the desk. The stone was cut on Thursday and installed on Friday morning by
Columbus Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
and
Columbus Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
. The installation crew was able to tear out my old counter tops, remove the old kitchen plumbing, install the new counter tops and reconnect the plumbing and replace my faucet all in 3 hours. They did a fantastic job other than small nicks on my window ledge where the new faucet hit the wood and along a wall where my old (soon to be replaced) wallpaper was also slightly damaged. The seam between the two major pieces of stone has no gap---a sign that the measurements and stone processing was top notch.
I was impressed with how hard everybody at
Columbus Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
works. This business has been growing rapidly over the past few years and has managed to provide excellent service and a quality product at a very competitive price. There is a reason why
Columbus Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
business is successful---quality product and fantastic service!

"This was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. His work was so bad I had to pay another contractor to fix the mistakes he caused and he never finished the job. He damaged my property ( two stainless steel sinks and new cabinets). He was late for every appointment. He screemed and cursed at me over the phone.
Columbus Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
was the most unprofessional rudest person I have ever delt with. Their work was unacceptible, They made a mess of our home and took no responibilty for any of it.They cut the sink holes the wrong size. Then they bent the new sinks trying to force them into the openings that were too small. Then they tried to recut the holes in my kitchen and threw dust throughout the entire house and in all my ductwork. Then they left and wanted paid. They made multipal attempts to fix the problem with no progress and the sinks were permanently damaged. After waisting two weeks with no remedy in sight I had no choice but to get another Granite contractor to come in and recut the sink openings. I had to replace the sinks with new and have one cabinet refinished. It was a very frustrating, time consuming and costly mistake to work with

"I have used
Columbus Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
for over ten years and I have never been disappointed. I have used their services to build a fabulous deck and shed in my backyard, fencing for the backyard, a complete remodel of my kitchen and bathroom, as well as many numerous services such as plumbing, electrical and everything else in-between. I highly recommend their services.

"Great experience from start to finish. Helped answer all of our questions when we began shopping for the project, obtained slab we selected from supplier, and was able to get all of our needs from a single slab. Arrived on schedule, removed existing material, and installed new parts and counter. The existing plumbing under the sink created some unforeseen problems, but they were able to correct the issues the following day, leaving the plumbing in better shape than when we started, and we now have a kitchen to be proud of!

"The salesman came across nice but was not honest with everything he told us. He supposes to email the estimate but never receive it nor did he call. We thought the estimate was outrageous. We called
Columbus Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
manager and was told that the salesman should have left us with the quoted price. I think he was trying to ripe us off. We consulted with another company and their price was less than 3/4 the price he quoted.
