and he's done a fine job for us. He was a principle contractor, he walked us through the whole thing. The people he brought in were terrific and he did a great job. He is a very creative and a conscientious guy and he obviously knows a lot of excellent sub contractors out in his area which is important. He put on a new roof on the house and garage. He did new gutters, siding, repaired concrete front, back and drive, renovated a basement room which involved replacing the ceiling, re-casing the windows, custom built furniture at one end for entertainment center, new lighting and rewiring, carpeting and so forth. It was a big project. He is a very personable guy. Everybody he brought in was excellent. All the sub contractors were really nice guys and they did the right stuff and it was great. His price was competitive. "

"We had two areas with some dampness along the bottom of the block walls. Although we had another vendor install drainage and a sump pump around about 50% of the basement several years ago, two small areas had not been done, and asked Pat at Hydra to review the situation. Although a portion of the work was difficult to access, the workers were able to install drainage in that area, as well as in another location. The job was performed when planned, and the new sections were tied in to the existing drainage in the basement. The price was very reasonable for the work performed, although the job took some creativity to resolve the hard-to-reach section that was drained. We highly recommend Hydra for basement drainage work."
