He arrived at my home when he said he would. He was professional. He called me twice to give me a progress report. He told me he had identified the problem and ...more that he would fix it and it would be "as good as new". He brought the computer back when he said he would in a timely manner and set it back up. He did exactly what he said, and it is "as good as new." The price was very reasonable. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company and would use them again."
