Columbus Tire Shops Reviews

"I had a couple of tires that were leaking air. I took my car in to

without an appointment, and they were able to check my tires without a wait. They informed me that a couple of valves were the problem and needed to be replaced. They gave me an estimate which I accepted, and replaced the valves. I was in and out fairly quickly.
"It went perfect! Caring, they text you where they are and how much time it will be until they get there. I was stuck on Park Street in G.C. after shopping for football apparel. It was very sad, lonely and scary time but they calmed me down and arrived, plugged my tire and off I went. They truly are a fine company. I will be renewing!
"Had one fixed but the charge was out of this world high. Something to do with the air pressure and it was their protocol to replace this thing on the tire every time they take the tire off. Really? I didn't like the fact that they have to replace this thing every single time they remove my tire they have to redo this air thing. I was so tired of talking about it, so yes they got 65.00 for plugging a tire and replacing this part to the air then they wouldn't even plug the other tire because they said it was to close to the outer part of the tire, they said they could give us a prince on new tires. Hello these are new.. So anyways.... I did get stranded on Park St. Grove City because they said the tire should be good with the nail in it for awhile. NOT! It was a mess. I was almost late to feed the football team. Guess who come out and fixed my flat.... AAA yep. wow and they plugged my tire and it is doing great too. I just really want to say I like this place, hated how I was treated that day. Just seems there should of been more they could of done for the price we paid. 65.00 to a plugged tire and left the other nail in the back tire, a lot of $. I still wonder about that day we took our van there.
"The shop is a little messy and the definition of old school. After that, it was perfect. Prompt, courteous service at a price that couldn't be beat. On top of all that they were

fast. I literally didn't have time to sit down in the waiting area. I will be back for my full set of tires this Winter.
"Excellent. They were balanced and tires clean when I left. Gave me a cup a coffee while I waited and you can see the workers through the glass while you waited. Tires filled up to the proper pressure and replaced sticker in my car so I would always know the correct pressure to fill the new tires later on. Reminded me that I can return to have tires rotated for free later on. I am a senior lady and treated very well. They gave me two promotions for $70.00 that I can use for other purchases after I paid the bill.
"I had an appointment and they took me right in. They provide good service and have great employees. The owner,

"We were greeted by a friendly gentleman when we arrived, and he walked out to our car to inspect the tires. He commented on the tread wear, and demonstrated his knowledge of that particular tire brand as being prone to the type of wear we saw. He recommended replacement of the front tires and said our rear tires were OK. He gave us a quote for two different quality, brand, and price points and the pros/cons of each. We made our choice and he told us the car would be ready in two hours. We returned in two hours and the tires were done but the alignment was not ready yet. I couldn't wait so I took the car and will get the alignment next time I get the car in for service. Overall a positive experience -- I'll definetely be back."
"It went well. I wanted to have the work done by an independent local company, but then decided to compare prices. Their price was 30% higher than Discount tires, and so I went with them. I was about 45 minutes early for my appointment, and they were very busy. They still worked me in, and I was done within an hour of arrival."
"I finally ended up taking it to

Hyundai who replaced both a wire that was a power source to the compressor and the high side line, same problem occurred.

said it was the compressor leaking again ($500 later). Took it back to

, they said the part was only under a 1 year 12,000 mile warranty so I'd basically have to have the exact same repair done again, mean time I've spent almost $2000 to get an A/C fixed that still isn't working. And also there was no guarantee that if I went forward with the repair that the A/C wouldn't need some other work done. So I said forget it, I'll just sweat. Mostly I was satisfied over the years with Boyds service, but the A/C issues I've had over the past two years have made me switch shops."
"They were very friendly and very professional; up front and honest. There was no high pressure sales pitch. It was such a good experience that my significant other went there when he recently needed tires. I would not hesitate to recommend them."
