before we started the remodeling of out kitchen. They were suggested by our architect. When we went to the store the salesman, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about all the appliances in the store and helped us choose the perfect appliances. They delivered them with consultation with the remodeler and gave us the remodeler discount. They also provide service after the sale which was one of the reasons we bought from them."

"I was very impressed with this store! They are extremely helpful! The people are clearly knowledgeable about their area; offering helpful advice. I also appreciate that their employees are not paid on commission. I feel this allows them to spend more time with you and not rush to just make a sale. I had a bit of trouble with fitting the fridge through my back door. During the second attempt at installation, the manager himself came out to take the measurements. I really felt they went above the call of duty for my service."

"Salesman was very helpful but suggested getting the steam washer and dryer for a bit more. We wanted this anyway but ended up asking if the dryer needed a water hookup. It did, which doesn't work for us. This should be a standard question the salesman asks to ensure you have water near the dryer. We also had the dryer door open on the opposite side. On delivery day they came on time and installed quickly. However the dryer door wouldn't stay closed. They scheduled a repair for later that day. The repairman came out quickly and fixed the problem - dryer door wasn't aligned properly when it was switched. Although we had a couple problems they were very good to work with and I would recommend."

"Worked with , 3rd generation at the store. Very knowledgable and helpful explaining the pros and cons of different manufacturers and models. They carry all the major manufacturers.
We made a mistake ordering the refrigerator, that we did not realize until after it was delivered. I called and he took care of it right away. He ordered a different model and switched out the refrigerators. We just paid the difference in price for the different model.
The price is same as the big box stores. The delivery of all appliances was about a week.

"We picked out a washer and dryer with the help of the salesman, purchased it and were on our way in about 20 minutes. They delivered it 2 days later. Very friendly and professional staff. Nice work."

" has charged my card for a protection plan that I did not and do not want to sign up for. I would like to have these charges stopped and I request these charges be put towards my actual bill. I have never had a problem with until now and my personal opinion is changing drastically."

"I found a built-in microwave/convection oven that met my needs for a space I had in a new house. It retails at $1400, and it was marked at $300. I returned a month later, and it was still there. I also found a $4000 double oven for $400, which I will use in a future kitchen renovation. There are great deals to be found, but beware, there is also a lot of junk, as well as deals that aren't that great. Make sure you know what you are looking for going in, and know what all needs to be there for it to work. The salesmen are helpful to a point, but they won't always point out flaws."

"We found good prices here on a mid-price range and dishwasher. The sales representative, , was amazing. She gave us great advice about what features we should look for given our particular needs, and explained rebates on the free delivery service clearly. Sales people at other stores were either pushy or dodgy, or just didn't know as much, and were willing to say anything to just make a sale. took the time to make sure we got what we needed. The delivery guys on both appliances were excellent: very careful moving in and out of a tricky kitchen, professional and on-time. Best of all, when we ran into a snag (an appliance we had bought from the discount area had an unexpected problem), the management was terrific. They took back the appliance, without any question, and helped ease the whole process. We were in the middle of putting our house on the , and the store worked to get everything done in time for our open house. This was the best experience I've ever had with this kind of store. I was surprised at how great Home Depo's service was. I'll definitely go to this store again."

"It was a big mistake. We had the wrong merchandise delivered and they jerked us around for nearly 2 months. We had bought from them before, but we won't do it again. They did not even care that we were not satisfied or that we received the wrong merchandise. They misplaced our phone numbers several times and they kept procrastinating on making things right. Apparently this store needs to air out their own dirty laundry or close up shop!"

"They did not order the appliances for us even though we had given them the money. When I called the delivery manager he was rude. He told me to stop calling and bothering him. The owner came and apologized, but then he went back to the store he told the delivery manager we were not ready for the appliances even though we were. They held our money for four months, so finally we canceled our order and got our money back a couple of days later."
