Less than a week later he called to say it had arrived at their warehouse and that the delivery people would call the next day to set up delivery for two days later. I received an automated call first to confirm date of delivery and name and address. Then I got a call the night before giving me a 3 hour window for delivery. The day of the delivery I got a call about 2 hours before delivery saying they anticipated being there 1/2 an hour before expected. That didn't happen, but they did arrive 1/2 hour after that. I had much anxiety about the removal of the old refrigerator----it was wedged in the space at a t-junction with cabinets on either side, cabinets above, and cabinets across....
it was out of there before I could blink! Amazing! The new refrigerator was brought in and put in place, again with no problem.
While we had purchased sight unseen, we have been happy with the product and with the service.

I purchased a Sole treadmill on 9/21/2012 on my

protection agreement for the unit, for a total of $1286.21. Under that agreement I was entitled to a preventive maintenance check each year. I scheduled that appointment in August, 2013, and a
service staff member came to my home. He reported that the unit was in good working order and he made a few adjustmentst to it.
But by December, 2013, I became concerned that the unit was malfunctioning. The deck became very hot during operation and the

, inspected the unit and concluded that it needed substantial repair, including a new deck, walking belt, and drive motor belt. His opinion was that this damage was caused by the fact that the walking belt had been adjusted too tightly. At that point he contacted Sole customer service for authorization to repair the unit under the Sole warranty, but was told that authorization and repair could only be done through

. I was reluctant at that point to do that because of the poor service that I had already received through
For that reason, I chose to purchase a replacement Sole treadmill that is not covered by a
warranty. On January 27, 2014, I
made a request through the

to retrieve the broken treadmill and refund my $1286 purchase price.
responded that it would not do so because the treadmill was beyond the return or exchange period. I responded that I was not making a claim that the treadmill was defective when purchased. Rather, I am claiming that it was damaged by the negligence of

again responded "We have a strict return period that you do not currently
qualify under with your merchandise being purchased in 2012.The Return Policy is a corporate policy. To ensure fairness, we are
required to adhere to the policy and are not allowed to make exceptions."
Again, my claim is not that the treadmilll was defective when purchased, but was later damaged by the negligence of
repair staff. By refusing to recognize this distinction,
is essentially denying any responsibility for their actions under repair agreements, which also prevent the consumer from instead getting service through the manufacturer's warranty. This position is entirely unreasonable.

) did the seemingly impossible (after carefully measuring) somehow getting the range through a doorway that measured the same as the depth of the range. They then skillfully maneuvered the range between refrigerator and countertop and completed the install. Not a scratch on any appliance or doorway or countertop. I believe a less experienced or less determined team might have called in to the store and declared the install impossible. Not these guys! Give them an A+.

The first Freezer was damaged and the store gave us a discount, of 10% to take the unit as is and we took them up on the offer. I have since learned that they will go as high as 25% discount on damages goods so don't be afraid to ask for more of a discount. We had the freezer for a week and an awful odor was emulating from the interior of the freezer. I contacted the store and they told me that they would replace the unit with a new freezer. It took them about a week to get a replacement to us. They delivered the new unit and took away the smelling freezer no problems or questions in the exchange. I am not pleased that we first had to accept a damage unit, and secondly that the freezer was nauseously odiferous, however I was satisfied that Lowes quickly replaced the offending unit with very little problem

I was very impressed with this store! They are extremely helpful! The people are clearly knowledgeable about their area; offering helpful advice. I also appreciate that their employees are not paid on commission. I feel this allows them to spend more time with you and not rush to just make a sale. I had a bit of trouble with fitting the fridge through my back door. During the second attempt at installation, the manager himself came out to take the measurements. I really felt they went above the call of duty for my service.

Salesman was very helpful but suggested getting the steam washer and dryer for a bit more. We wanted this anyway but ended up asking if the dryer needed a water hookup. It did, which doesn't work for us. This should be a standard question the salesman asks to ensure you have water near the dryer. We also had the dryer door open on the opposite side. On delivery day they came on time and installed quickly. However the dryer door wouldn't stay closed. They scheduled a repair for later that day. The repairman came out quickly and fixed the problem - dryer door wasn't aligned properly when it was switched. Although we had a couple problems they were very good to work with and I would recommend.
