"I have used them for years and have thought they were wonderful with their service, but when I went to by a new furnace and air conditioner from them I didn?t think they came in with the best price. I am using the new company I purchased a furnace from for service. "

"I called to make an appiontment for a free estimate. The gentleman on the phone was helpful and asked what day of the week and time of day I preferred. I had asked for a morning appointment on a Friday and was told that I would be called that morning for the exact timeframe. I was ok with that. The contractor called Friday morning around 9 and told me that he would be at my house between 1-3. I was a little upset with that considering I had asked for a morning appointment but was able to make it work. My husband was here when the contractor came and he said it took no time at all, the individual was very nice and extremely helpful to offer some troubleshooting advice. We were both pleased with the price and made an appiontment for the following Friday between 11-1. The team showed up at almost exactly 11 and it took them about 1.5 hours. they were fast, did good work and left little to no mess and did nothing less than what was expected but also did vaccuum out my furnace - which was not expected. All in all -good service, great price and quality work."
