In addition, there was at least a foot of snow on the ground during the project so they were unable to run the magnet to pick up old nails/roof debri until the snow melted. I called them when the snow melted and I have to assume they came out because I haven't seen any stray nails or debris...but I never received a call confirming that they came back and cleaned up the yard. I don't think the info I included above should reflect adversly on

....instead I am just sharing some lessons learned that could be helpful for many types of contractors. At the end of the day, my roof is performing well and looks great. I would use
