My drains in upstairs bathroom were running very, very slow and thought there might be a leak in one of my pipes due to a friend neighbor trying to flush it out with Drano. Had to have pipes replaced, shut off valves installed and drum trap cleaned out. said lets start with the easiest and hopefully most obvious. He was correct. The problem was the drum trap seal was worn/corroded and needed replacing to be able to seal properly. He also replaced the top, cleaned out the gunk, replaced pipes/shut off valves on my sink, toilet & tub and the price was way less than then the estimates I was getting. Another nice/considerate thing he did was to take his shoes off when he came in to get an estimate. I said that was not necessary but he said he did not want to track any dirt from his previous job onto the rug. When he came to do the work, he put a shoe covering over his shoes."
