The entire staff is very knowledgeable and efficient. Dr.
took his time to explain the procedure and its impact of the quality of life. He also was complete in his description about what to expect before, during and after the surgery. I would highly recommend
for anyone needing a knee replacement.

Dr.
saw me several times to determine how the break was healing. Things went more slowly than anticipated but after three months I was ready to start going without the boot. I'm no t sure if a cast would have provided better healing but there was considerable support with the boot. I do find now that the broken bone healed in such a way that the toe which attaches to it is now pushed onto the toe next to it.

He is very nice and easy-going. He lets you know what's going on. He explains everything to you. They aren't pushy. I did need knee surgery, but they weren't pushy. They listed several options I had. They put something in my shoes so that walking doesn't hurt so badly. They tell you all of your options before you go in for surgery. I haven't had any problems with any of the doctors at that clinic.

He is high up in the Ortho-pedic surgeon dept. at Cleveland clinic, and is world renowned. He specializes in hand, arm, and shoulder surgeries. He has changed my life incredibly. His nurse

was excellent. The shoulder surgeries he performed on me were completely successful and nearly full range of motion was restored. His pre-operative appointments were thorough and answered all of my questions. His bedside manner on the day of surgery was compassionate and caring. All of my post-operative appointments were excellent as well. Dr.

I had a referral from my primary care doctor to visit him. I called to make an appointment, and I was told that they needed proof of referral, copies of x-rays and then they would review the information before allowing me to make an appointment. I was told to follow-up in a week after sending the info. (Say what?!) I sent the information, requested the x-rays, sent and waited a week. I called back and they said they hadn't received it. I followed up with my office and they had the proof of faxing and sending the info. They resent. I waited two weeks and nothing. After the FIFTH TIME of sending the information, they told me I could make an appointment, but it wouldn't happen for another month. On the day of my appointment, I arrived 10 minutes early, and filled out paperwork and an on-line survey about my medical history. I waited 20 minutes before going into a room. I waited over an hour in the room before the physician came in. During that time, I went to ask the staff if they knew I was still there! They said they didn't know what was taking him so long. He came in and showed me the x-

, told me that he saw arthritis in my neck, and told me that I needed to do physical therapy for the rest of my life to treat it. His bedside manner was unimpressive, and his physician's assistant (PA) talked more to me than he did about what was wrong and how to treat it. In other words, I waited several months and headaches to talk with a PA and my insurance company paid for a spine specialist!
