"The guys showed up promptly and went over the paperwork with me. They also warned me that they don't guarantee the contents of boxes that they don't pack. Unfortunately, I did end up with a few broken dishes, and there's a spot on my mattress from where it was dropped on the ground. To me those are minor things, and otherwise my experience was good. They moved every last inch of my stuff in great time - 15 minutes under their 3 hour minimum."

The communication between the men themselves and them with me was superb. I always knew what was happening and the men were quick to ask any questions they had for me. The men were polite and efficient. Being alone for this move I was worried that I;d be taken advantage of since I was a woman. I had nothing to worry about. Charging by the hour these men could have drawn the move out but they didn't. This is how all professionals should treat their customers. Crew arrived exactly on time and worked efficiently at packing the truck. At the new facility, they placed everything in the appropriate places according to directions without disruption. The whole move including the extra stop was done in 3 1/2 hours, and we were settled in by evening. Best moving experience I could have hoped for!"

"They did a great job at a great price. Showed up on time; very focused on the job; the move was completed in just under 4 hours; great about placing furniture as requested; moved a very awkward elliptical machine. I would highly recommend this company."

"The biggest problem were the estimates. For the first half of the move I paid 33% more than the estimate. For the second half, I paid 54% over the estimate. All together, I paid a total of $670 more than the estimates. The movers also broke the glass on a framed picture and dropped the top to my dining table denting in the side. "The 2 men worked like crazy in order to get it done that "day". We agreed that we didn't want to do it on 2 different days. The new house had very steep stairs up to the 2nd floor and down into the basement. They had no problems getting everything into place and without damage. The final expenditure did come under the estimate they gave us at 8:00 am that morning, but we think it might have been less if they started with more movers and a larger truck. One of the movers did state that they should have scheduled 4 movers. I think part of the issue was that when we scheduled the move, it was assumed that because of a smaller house (most in our area are one story), that 2 movers and a smaller truck should be adequate. Maybe the person scheduling the moves should have asked us more questions as to how much "stuff" we had as our house was pretty full with posessions. Maybe an in home estimate before the move should have been done."
