did a great job, my son's going to catholic school and he had very long hair. He was worried and they did a great job with it. He was quick and you could tell that he knew what he was doing, and they are very reasonably priced."

"They have inconsistent service. I've been going there for about 6 months and have given up! The staff ranges from being professional to being extremely rude. The atmosphere is not relaxing. The 2nd to the last time there, I had to wait a half hour for the stylist, without an apology. Then my next time, I booked an appointment, and I was 5 minutes late. The stylist said ''you're late'' when I walked in, and I apologized. Then it turned out she thought my appointment was for much earlier, so it seemed like I was even more late than I thought. The receptionist had told me a wrong time! The color job is fine, but they charge you almost double to dry your hair, which is ridiculous. They seem to be pretending to be a high scale salon but aren't. The manicurist was just so-so, too aggressive with the cuticles, and not really worth the money. I decided to go elsewhere in the future. I have good news though. The facial/massage person is fabulous. Wonderful products and fair pricing are them."
