Wallunis came to see me to generate the quote. He answered all of my questions and prepared the quote before he left. I initially signed my quote and sent it in on 9/11/09. I was told then that they would not be available to me until near the end of October, which concerned me. I checked back and eventually it was confirmed to start 10/23/2009. It was worth the wait. The guys that came were prompt, and were very thorough. The work spanned three business days due to the weather, but they made sure leaks were sealed up during that time. They let me know when they were present and when they were leaving. The yard was as clean as it was before they started, because they made sure any mess was gone. In addition, they pointed out other areas of improvement per my request. The even replaced some minor siding damage for me and cleaned the gutters. I saw no unnecessary work done, and at no time did they come back to me after starting work with additional things that jacked up the cost. Very trustworthy group. One of the owners even came to see the job on the last day. I purposely waited to write this, to make sure the leaks were fixed after a couple of rains, and they indeed are. The guys who worked on my house rock!!!"

When I called again this year for just a gutter cleaning, they said "the same price as last year" and promised an Angie's list discount. I was charged $120, which was the same price as last year (which was a bigger job), and the invoice did not include an Angie's list discount. Rather than arguing with the company for the $10 discount, I simply won't use them again. The job was done fine; their billing and customer service isn't great."
