Roofing contractor accused of shoddy repairs on Cleveland house

COMPLAINT: Evan Karrs, University Heights, Ohio

Ramiro Moreno of R & M Quality Roofing was supposed to replace and fix deteriorated sill plates on my garage walls, and clean my gutters. He didn't clean the gutters, nor did he reattach the siding he removed as part of his sill plate repair. By not cleaning the gutters, my roof leaked.

Although he had already been paid, Ramiro didn't answer repeated phone calls from me requesting him to fix the job. I had to hire an additional contractor to fix the damage and clean up after his incomplete job.

DESIRED RESOLUTION: I would like to be reimbursed $550.
