"Excellent. Everyone I encountered from the sales woman in the showroom, to the owner who came out to measure, to the two installers were friendly, helpful and professional. They originally quoted me one price, then called back to say that they had made an error and that it would be less than originally quoted. The two installers were friendly and fast. Also, I had a very tight timeframe for getting the carpet installed and they worked with me to meet my deadline."

"My brother and I were preparing the house for sale to settle my father's estate. Time was of the essence to us. We called for an estimate and the salesman responded promptly. We settled on a floor that was slightly more expensive than we expected. (He only brought one sample book to choose from.) The installers(2) came two days later. When the head installer saw the old floor covering, he recommended it be removed because it would make the new floor look bad. They removed the old floor at no extra cost even though it was not in the order. They installed the new floor, doing a fine job. They were dextrous, pleasant and neat.I would rate the installers with A's in all categories. They left a card with a web site to go to for care instructions and warranty. It was then we found out the warranty was not transferable to a new owner. Perhaps we should have been alert and asked the salesman about tranferrability. But he was fully aware that we were going to try to sell the house promptly and he should have mentioned it.My brother and I separately sent emails to the HQ, expressing our displeasure, as well as our satisfaction with the work. Each of us got a form email reply saying we would be contacted by phone in a day or two. And my brother was contacted, or rather his wife, at 7 AM ! They told her the warranty might be transferrable; she said to put it in writing and went back to bed. We have heard no more. Despite the excellent work and promptness of the installers, we do not care to do business with salesmen who are less than forthright and whose customer service is conducted at 7AM. "

"They were a very timely company, they always came when they said and finished right on time. That was important because we pretty much had to move out for the project. The project only took four days. The workers kept everything clean and paid respect to the house. The finished product looks great. They did have to come back to do a touch up but they did it in a timely manner. Working with this company was a good experience."

The composite he used on my driveway, cracked a few weeks after he was done. He never repaired the siding on my garage and the loose piece eventually broke off during a storm, so now part of the garage is exposed. He said that he had ordered the material and was going to finish it as quickly as possible, but he never came back or called. I believe that he overcharged me given the time it took and the fact that he was working on an art installation at the same time. I feel this is what truly delayed the job. Also,
