"When I've requested alterations (long sleeve shirts cut down to short sleeve), they never finished the work and after 6 weeks, I simply took the shirts elsewhere. I've experienced other customers with alterations issues, they don't seem to want to provide this service, I wouldn't go there for any alterations again."

"Not that well. I brought in several items of clothing, which included my black overcoat. When I got the items home, I found that I had a different coat than the one I brought in. Same brand name, same color, but different style and much smaller size. When I called and asked about it, he was dismissive, not apologetic. He said he'd call back, and never did. When I went back later to return the incorrect coat, I got three people explaining in great detail how it was impossible that they'd made a mistake, which included them stressing repeatedly to me how covered in animal hair this coat was and what a problem that was for them. I won't return there. Too bad, because otherwise the work was fine, they seemed friendly except for this, and I prefer to patronize neighborhood businesses when possible. But I don't expect to see my coat again, and I'm unhappy with how I was treated when I brought the problem to their attention."

"Second time around, the spots were out, but my husband didn't think they did a very good job of pressing the pants. I don't think I will go back because I didn't like making two trips for one job and each time it took 4 days and the counter help never smiled or apologized. I have since found another cleaner that is faster and less expensive."

"I liked that they are one of the few cleaners that do the cleaning on site and don't send out the clothing. They also do alterations. I was very happy with the experience and I will use them in the future. I dropped off my jacket on a Wednesday night and I was able to pick it up on that Saturday, they have quick turn around."

"When I went to pick up the suit, the pants still had spots on them, even though the intake person had marked the area with little adhesive arrows. They said they would redo the pants at no extra charge. I'm still waiting to get them back. I can't really fill out the rest of the survey until I see the pants. The final straw came when 12 out of 20 shirts shrank to the point of being unwearable (some 2 inches or more in the sleeves) even after specifically asking for cold water wash.
