He did find the same problems but his estimate was $860.00. Needless to say I did not have Chimney Cricket do the work. They also used some rather heavy ...more handed techniques to try to get me to immediately schedule-like saying the chimney was about to fall through the roof! I had used them before and was a little suspicious of their recommendations and prices. I should have listened to my instincts. The previously recommended work I never did have done and they didn't find it this time!"
