"He was very honest and told me I didn't need to do the work. He saved me a lot of money and I appreciate his honesty. He said to just watch it and it should be fine, when other companies quoted the job for a couple thousand dollars."

"When I initially contacted Mr. Cailor he indicated that this was a small job requiring only one hour of work, and that four hours was the smallest job he could do. I agreed to pay for four hours as I had been told Ameriseal were great experts.
Mr. Cailor never contacted me to arrange to do the job. As winter was approaching, I finally called him. He then told me that I would need to hire someone else to prep the area before the sealant could be applied. I doubt there will be time to do this before the weather becomes to cold to finish the job.
Ameriseal may indeed be great experts, but they're the most unresponsive contractor I've ever dealt with."

"We interviewed a number of companies and were impressed with from the beginning. They are experts in sewer and basement "waterproofing", and all other things plumbing. They arrived when promised to do the quotation.
The job went perfectly at our old house - came in right on budget as promised with no surprises.
At our current house, the job went as planned, with the exception of some additional work that was unexpected around a below-ground staircase and entrance to the basement. suggested a number of different ideas and gave their recommendation, which was to replace the retaining wall. We did that and haven't had a problem since. Their brick work is excellent by the way."

"Nick is very personable and has a knowledgeable and hard working crew. We were very impressed with the care of the surrounding areas which included removing and replacing all of the landscaping that had to be moved. They even hosed down the deck and the furniture. When the job was done you would have never known that any work was done. We would not hesitate to have them back or recommend them."

"Very professional, punctual and friendly. Answered all my questions and addressed all special concerns about protecting existing landscape."

"They were excellent. They were on time, gave me a good estimate. The work was done well. When I had one problem they were back out and fixed it without hesitation. Everything was very satisfactory."

" , and crew were OUTSTANDING. They were professional, friendly, and kept us in the loop with respect to what was happening on the job. Basically, they are the reason for our good review of this company. Communication with the office is seriously lacking. We signed a contract in early March, were told the work would be done by the end of April - it was done in mid-June... We called the office on numerous occasions and practically had to beg for them to return phone calls or give us updates or information about when our job would be scheduled. Since they were obviously running 2 months behind, it was their responsibility to call us and let us know that they were not running on the schedule that we were originally given. Then, I was finally told the first week of June that the crew would arrive the second week of June and that someone would call me Friday to let me know whether to expect them at the beginning or end of the next week. No one called...I called back and was told there was a mistake - my job was not until the end of June. After getting upset, the woman in the office went and looked at something, then came back and said, "Oh, wait, yeah, you are scheduled for the end of this week." She seemed very disorganized. I also had to call them repeatedly because, due to the April date we were originally given, I scheduled a landscaper and deck builder to come in early June, thinking the waterproofing would be long over with, and had to continually put them both off because I could not get answers from Integrity's office about when they might show up. Our job was pushed back 3 times - from end of April to mid May, and eventually mid June. Then, after the job was finished, called and asked to stop by and check out the job later the same day...but did not tell me he was also wanting to pick up payment that day. Since I did not have $3600 just sitting around he had to come back...insisted on coming back that night....I rearranged my evening and he showed up more than an hour late to pick up payment when I could have put it in the mail and he would have had it next day. A little pushy given how long it took us to get responses to our phone calls, and how long it took for them to get the job done. AND - we asked for a written copy of the 20 year warranty (NOT just the invoice which has the language and shows what we paid for the job) so that we could have it to give to the new owners when we sell our house - that was supposed to be mailed over 3 weeks ago and we are still waiting for it. Basically, we are pleased with the actual work, but and Co have and his crew to thank for that. Communication with Integrity's office and management personnel leaves a lot to be desired. I would recommend them based on their finished product, but, be prepared to be frustrated when dealing with the office. Communication is not good - in fact, my experience was that it was nonexistent unless I barraged the office with voice mails."

" returned my call quickly and came to quote the job within a couple days. Then soon after returning from his vacation, started the work and finished within 6 hours. He worked quickly and was professional, explained what he was doing and tolerated my speculating. He seems to be multi-skilled, performing the demolition, ant-killing, dry-rot removal, framing, insulation, and aluminum siding. His truck and his brother's van seem to have all the tools and equipment required to perform a wide variety of tasks."

"Everything you will read here about their scheme is true. First, we told the guy he had 45 minutes to sell us because we had somewhere else to be. He was prepared with a big binder to give a 3 hour sales pitch. Second, he offered us a "today only" price break, which my husband and I thought was BS, but which is apparently par for the course with this company. Third, what he wanted to do was not what we wanted to have done; we were looking for exterior waterproofing, and he wanted to do something that sounded a lot like an indoor sump pump. When we did not "bite" on the "Today Only" pricing, we got a call a few days later telling us that they talked to some manager who could come out and give us a newer, lower and better estimate due to overage of materials. We knew it was coming from reading the "list" after the guy left the house, so we told them no. We ended up getting an outside job w/another co. for $3000.00."

"I worked 12 hours 7pm-7am and decided to wait up for our 10am appointment. They called me at 9:50 to let me know they were running a half hour late. If this had been in the afternoon I might have understood that they could have been a little behind, but not in the morning and the weather was fine. At first I said it was fine and they could still come, but the more I thought about it the more I decided that I did not like this work structure. They 4 days to get ready for my initial appointment and I just wanted to avoid any potential tardiness problems when the actual work would be started. I called them back and told them I could not deal with lateness and not to bother coming."
