That probably cost them the sale because their verbal price was competitive. In the end, I bought from another dealer who did everything by email and gave details on the vehicle such as stock and VIN number along with final price."

"I sent in a request for an Internet quote in early August the salesman, , called me back the next morning and explained that because the car I wanted, a Prius, was in high demand I would have to put down a deposit and go on a waiting list. He also said that often people would drop off the list and a car would become available. About 5 minutes after I got off the phone he called back and said he had a car for me! The rest of the process was fairly painless and they gave me a pretty good deal on my trade-in, I would definitely recommend !"

"I visited them to see one of only five Pontiac Solstices in Ohio that met my requirements. This is a new car in great demand. They wanted a $2,000 premium over list, equal to or less than other dealers. After griping an appropriate amount of time I asked how much of the premium they really expected to get. She advised that $1,000 was a minimum. At that it was sold. I was surprised that they sold this at what was actually a discount over other dealers. Especially since they didn't expect another Solstice for four weeks. I picked the car up the next day. Great service, no high pressure."

"Sales staff took forever to give an actual price; though I specifically & repeatedly said I wanted a total number with no cost at the end of the transaction, the company withheld information that raised the price of the lease about $20 a month until after we ordered the vehicle & it was on its way. I felt this was an intentional practice to make a sale."
