"They used subs for the installation. The installer didn't hook up the ice maker correctly, and about an hour after they installed the refrigerator, the ice maker started leaking and flooded our hole downstairs. It was horrible. It caused damage to flooring, walls in the basement, and they ended up having to replace that refrigerator anyway. It was a mess. And then our homeowners insurance had to battle it out with to get them to cover the cost. It was very bad."
