He did what I asked him to look at and when he showed me the pictures I asked if he had some one that could do the job.
He said he would check with one of his employees that did masonry work. He gave me a quote for the work but was more then another estimate I had received. He was very friendly but they did not bring a ladder for the size house I have., I had to let them in my house which I didn't want to do.But needed the job done.

I couldn't be more pleased. The young man went beyond my expectations. I can't imagine a more thorough job. Cleanup was complete. I am completely satisfied with both aspects of the job.

Not the lowest price of the 4 quotes but not the most expensive either; 2nd from the lowest but upgraded me to the Tru-Dimension shingles and synthetic underlayment instead of the Oakridge shingles and felt underlayment I was looking at. Very good communication with

Brown of

. He met with me on the morning on the day of the roof installation.

stayed with the project the entire day unless he had to go to other projects.

took pictures before, during and after the project. His on-site job foreman and crew were very professional. When I had occasion to go outside and observe their work, any questions I had were immediately answered. I think I may have asked them to go overboard a couple of times but they were always willing to go the extra mile to make the customer (and I have no roofing experience) happy. Sounded like they were putting 5 or 6 nails per shingle which, to me, is way better than 3. Their cleanup was phenomenal considering the number of roofing nails that must have been in the roof with 2 layers that had to be removed. The only thing I could find was 2 roofing nails on the ground and a very small piece of shingle. The tear off and installation lasted only one day. When
Cincinnati Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
met with me during the morning of the roof installation, we went over the color palette for the gutters. While they could not match the color of the house, we did settle on a complementary color that would accent the house. The gutters were delivered that same afternoon so they would be available for the gutter team on the 2nd day of installation. The gutters were installed the following day. The installers (a team of 2) arrived a little after noon and proceeded to remove my existing gutters. They found about 24 feet of fascia board which was rotted (I figured as much since I had previous drainage problems) and they went out and purchased what they needed to replace the rotten boards. They replaced the rotten boards and installed the new gutters and downspouts. They were finished around 7pm (and after a really nice downpour of rain) which gave me a

to ensure the gutters could handle the rain ... which it did. I am very, very pleased with the product and service that

I am a general contractor and have inspected many projects and I found this crew to be one of the most conscientious about quality and safety that I have ever worked with. Every aspect of the job was done according to the best practices. Their copper soldering was high quality. They put back all the tile exactly the way it was before the job. They replaced the bird/rodent guards the correct way (the previous contractor DM

had incorrectly fastened them where they were rather than nailing them higher up and suspending them with wire. This allows for water penetration when the gutters overflow). Their lap joints were every 5 feet, so we were ensured a good fit.

We needed a new roof and checked into several different companies. We close
Cincinnati Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
because of their pricing and highly favorable reviews on Angie's List. A company inspector came and examined the entire roof - shingles, flashing, vents, chimney. He checked for soft spots, loose shingles, and spots needing repair as he walked the roof. Later he provided an estimate. The company is family owned. The owner's wife actually came to our house with a booklet showing samples of the colors and types of shingles that
Cincinnati Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
sold and installed. She also provided addresses of homes where they had installed the shingles we chose so we could see what they looked like after installation. The workers showed up on the day as scheduled and quickly went about their work. The son of the owner spent much of the day at our house overseeing the installation. The work was done with minimal interruption to us. They completed it in one day. As the project was near completion, the owner himself stopped by to check on the work. We are very pleased with the new roof. Moreover we are very pleased with the people at
Cincinnati Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
. The company is very professional and courteous. We couldn't have been treated better. We will highly recommend

to anyone.

They are very busy, and it took a while to get them to come out for an estimate. And there was going to be a further wait to get the roof put on, but they went out of their way to get it put on by a specific deadline that we gave them. Most of the time, there were 3 guys working on the roof; one day they sent out 6 men in order to get it completed on time. It took 5 days total. They did everything they said they would do, when they said they would do it. The workers were friendly, accommodating, and very professional.
Cincinnati Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
had put on our previous two roofs, so we were familiar with their work. We had a second estimate from another company, and it was considerably cheaper and could be done in 2 days instead of a week. It was a hard decision for us, but we trusted
Cincinnati Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
, and they had always done good work for us in the past. The previous roof they had put on lasted 5 years longer than it was supposed to. We were very pleased with

It went great! They got it done in one day and did a good job. Price was right and friendly and helpful salesperson. At first it was hard to schedule, but got on it once we got things going.

He showed up on time and checked the water spots before climbing up on the roof. He found that there was a blockage of debris in one of the valleys and swept it out for me. He indicated that the shingles should be in good shape for another few years so I'll wait for the next big rain to see if sweeping out the debris actually fixed the current problem. Thanks!!
