Roofing Reviews in Cincinnati

had done a couple of neighbor's homes. Our experience was the same - these guys take great care to protect the home and surrounding lawn and gardens, the workers are very polite and are some of the hardest workers I have ever seen, yet still
you with a cheerful smile.
product (GAF) has a good reputation and warranty. They took care to make sure that a rubber
was laid down to prevent ice dams. The roof looks great. They did this all in 2 days and left the place spotless - even using a magnetic rake to assure no nails or screws, etc. were left behind. Impressive work for a very fair price - I did some comparisons and these guys have a great value.

Everything went according to their schedule. They worked efficiently and completed the job in three days. Nothing was left
our driveway or yard. An inspector came out and checked on the work performed. I did have to contact DirecTV as they could not install the special antenna for the satellite signal. I would recommend them to the utmost. I can't remember being as impressed with any service company as this one.I nominate them for the Page of Happiness.

Roofing reviews in Cincinnati

The guys showed up as scheduled and did their evaluation. I had found an area that needed work between the estimate and the start of work and
Cincinnati Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
called me very propmly with a new estimate for that repair and several other places. Although the cost was pretty high, we wanted to make sure we had everything replaced that was bad. The work was perfomed promptly and they were done a day ahead of schedule. They even had the primer tinted to match our house color, so we didn't receive a nastygram from Blue Ash.
We had a couple of little cleanup issues and
Cincinnati Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
addressed these promptly and to our satisfaction. We had one issue with some new trim that did not match the existing and

and I discussed and replaced the remaining old trim in that area to match the new (FYI to Angie's List folks - it appears that some of the board dimensional specs have changed since our hose was built (1980), so if you get a quote, have
Cincinnati Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
check that).
I did not rate price, as we did not get any other estimates and the scope of the job changed.
Overall we had a very good experience and I would definitely recommend
Cincinnati Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
and will have them do work fo us in the future.

We originally purchased a big deal for a roof inspection and some credit towards repairs. He seemed very busy but was able to squeeze us in within a few weeks. During the inspection he found some issues with a set of rubber seals around some venting through the roof. Because of their somewhat unique design he needed to check on how to replace them properly. He also examined our gutters and specifically tried a patch on a seam that was leaking. It was improved but still leaking so he agreed to come back when it was rain free and dry to attempt a more permanent repair. This took several weeks due to the weather not cooperating, but when he finally got back out he quickly repaired the gutter and it has stopped leaking. He also repaired our roof vents at that time. Because of the extra work it was over the original amount for the big deal purchase but he is very nice and seemed professional. Assuming his work holds up like it appears to be doing, we will likely use him for our next roof project as well.

Received estimate from
Cincinnati Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
the owner to perform gutter installation, gutter guard and some siding and metal wrap. I signed the contract, put down 50% ($2,500) and a date was set for a few weeks later at the end of May. Date came and no one showed or contacted me. I contacted owner and he informed me another job was causing my job to be delayed. Another day was set for 3 weeks later. Again on that date no one showed and no one contacted me. Each time I contacted the owner there was some excuse of work scheduling issues or in one instance time off because of the birth of his grand daughter. Each time he gave me reassurance that they would be out within the next few weeks even if it would be on a weekend. After the 6th instance and it going into the 4th month (August) I said I need this done or I need my deposit back. Again, it was a no show and no one contacted me. I contacted the owner and he agreed to return the deposit. I received a check the following day.

I originally called six different roofers to quote a job installing seamless gutters and downspouts. Ed was one of two that showed up, and the other company's quote was extremely high. Right off the bat I felt like Ed was honest, he quoted fair price for the work, and he didn't try to sell me a bunch of service that I didn't need. I was impressed that Ed and his crew showed up early, and had the entire job done in one day. We have had some heavy rainfall since they were installed, and I couldn't be happier with them. By the way, they look great!

An inspection was made by
Cincinnati Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
as part of the initial maintenance package which included resealing around skylight (s) and repairing loose shingles around skylight(s) if necessary. Prior to the inspection we informed
Cincinnati Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
that we believed we have air leakage in one of the skylights. He agreed to look for possible problems with the skylight being not tightly closed or needing additional caulking. After inspecting the skylights
Cincinnati Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
told us our skylights were fine and that he could not find any place where the skylight in question leaked air from outside. He said he would caulk around the skylight anyway but did not feel that would solve the problem. Then he changed his offer to having someone from his company come out and caulk the skylight for an additional charge of $49. We did not opt to have the second visit since we were sure that the original package offer included resealing around skylights. We called and asked
Cincinnati Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
why there was a charge for resealing when the original offer included it as part of the $69 charge. We did not hear back from him for some time but he did call later and informed us that he had contacted a skylight company and was told that there were a couple of options available to us none of which were of interest to us. In the end we were not happy because
Cincinnati Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
did not stand by his original package offer.

The Installation went very well. the crew was very professional. They were very clean, and respected our property. They installed the new windows and even reinstalled the blinds. I was very impressed.
Cincinnati Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
who made the sale, measured the windows, was on the job to over see the installation and make sure we were satisfied with the work, the crew, and the new windows. It was a two day job that involved as many as six men. All were busy, each new the job they were to preform, and executed it with professionalism .

In short, it was a frustrating experience. The minor repairs they initially made did not fix the leak. They returned to do additional work to fix the leak when the first attempt didn't work, and at no charge, but I have very little confidence that it worked (and won't know until we get a few torrential rains). Regardless, my impression was that they did not take it very seriously, took a lazy approach to the initial inspection and repair job, were somewhat defensive when informed that the initial repair didn't work (despite eventually making a second attempt at no charge), and generally didn't give me confidence that they had been thorough.

I wasted my money on the special inspection offer. He complained about the steepness of the roof and then basically said, if it's not leaking there is no problem.
Wasn't here more than 5 - 10 minutes. don't waste your money if your skylight is not leaking.
