"it went well. It was on a Friday around Christmas time and they were the ONLY company that could do it THAT day. Since

were on your list we went with them. They were on time, cleaned up, and took the old Hot water heater away. The only complaint is their price. We paid $1,599 with 25.00 coupon. I asked how much the hot water heater cost by itself. no answer. I again asked for a breakdown of the hwh & labor but all we got was a receipt with all the hardware that was used~~~again NO cost of the heater & labor. "

"On a Sunday of a winter holiday weekend with the landscape coated by ice, I descended into my basement and heard an ominous dripping sound. Water appeared to be coming out of an exposed pipe. I called several plumbers. Only
Cincinnati Plumbers Provider Name Locked
responded that they could send a technician later in the day and advised I would have to wait four hours. Although the plumber took longer to arrive, I received a call from
Cincinnati Plumbers Provider Name Locked
informing me of the delay. Once the plumber arrived, he quickly diagnosed the source of the leak--a hose connecting my dishwasher to the water pipe had degraded. He did not have a replacement part, but advised the cost would be less if I went to a hardware store rather than having him go. He waited in his truck while I went off on my errand. Shortly after I returned, the repair was made. Because the subfloor underneath the dishwasher was soaked, he advised me to dry it out before putting the cover back on the dishwasher motor. He even showed me how to do so. Total cost, with part was $175. While it might have been a bit steep, given the circumstances, I was more than willing to pay. My only problem with the service was that I was not given an hourly price when I called. I was told that

charges by the job and can't determine cost until the plumber determines the cause of the problem.

"Called
Cincinnati Plumbers Provider Name Locked
late day about an outside faucet that would not turn off. Fortunately it was attached to a hose with a spray gun so there was no running water. We scheduled a service call for a time frame of my convenience the following day. The service person showed up promptly during that time. He first looked at the faucet to see if there was a lower cost repair option. There was not so he quickly replaced the faucet. He was courteous and competent. I have used

several times in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

"This was an emergency call at around 3PM on a Friday due to sewage backing up in the basement. The service man arrived on time around 4:30. He was professional, courteous and thorough, running 4 different sizes of cutters through the line. He accepted our coupon from Angie's list. The bill was the same as they quoted even before investigating the problem on site but I had given them an accurate description of the problem so he arrived with the proper equipment for the job.

"It went great. I had my detailed list ready for the guys when they came. They were very clean, knowledgable, polite and thorough. It was a great experience."

"I called in the morning and he came that afternoon. He wore covers on his boots to prevent tracking snow through the house. The kitchen sink drain was completely blocked and he routed it. The blockage was deep into the pipe but he had it running in just a few minutes.
Before he routed the sink, he checked the basement cleanout for the kitchen sink drain. It has been sealed and unusable for 30 years, so he had to go through the sink. But while down there, he noticed a broken vent pipe and I asked for an estimate on repairing it. He gave me a very reasonable estimate for repairing it and replacing the cleanout plug at the same time. As a temporary fix, he placed a boot on the vent pipe to prevent sewer gases from leaking into the basement and said as long as it holds I do not need to have the extra work done. There was no charge for the boot since he had a slightly used one on his truck which I appreciated.
He also replaced a worn out diverter in the shower to prevent water flowing from the faucet while the shower was on.

auger'd my sewer from the stack after the drain backed up. They then looked at the pipe with a camera, told me I had cracks in the drain and it would have to be re-lined. They could not reline from the stack, because there is a bathroom between the stack and the foundation. So, they brought in a trackhoe, and dug a hole to the pipe from the foundation about 10 feet out. They told me they could not re-line the pipe because there is a spring in the foundation, so they put in a pipe to the surface, and I will have to have the pipe jetted out periodically. They also found there were no cracks in the pipe. That's several hundred dollars each time they have to come camera the pipe, and I don't know how much for the pipe to be jetted. I've had to call them back to auger the sewer drain that originally backed up, because they never did do that. I feel like because I'm a widow, and had no one to consult, they took advantage of me. I still have a $6000 pile of dirt in my front yard, with no fix. I will never call

again. I'll find a reputable plumber through Angie's List.
How am I ever supposed to sell my house with this issue still there.

"My call went in at 7:00 am on Friday, December 20th.
Cincinnati Plumbers Provider Name Locked
ended up coming out after lunch to inspect the problem. Both gentlemen very very professional. One plumber ended up working in the rain while the second plumber went to buy the new motor needed for the system. Would definitely call them again if had another plumbing problem!!

"I filled out an online appointment request and the company provided a time window when they would arrive. Thankfully they arrived at the beginning of that time frame and confirmed the problem I thought existed with our sewage lift pump. They thought they could get the parts and have the work done the following day but were unable to do this and scheduled with us for a few days later (which wasn't a problem since they were upfront about how busy they had been). The work was done quickly and they did a wonderful job cleaning up the area.
Cincinnati Plumbers Provider Name Locked
was very informative and actually improved our previous situation by installing a pump with a battery backup and sensors indicating what, if any, problems were occurring with the unit. Overall very pleased with their work.

"This company was pathetic. They came out and ran 100' down my sewer line and cleared nothing. The guy them said they would have to water jet it for 700, and they would have to put a clean out in for 1200. Then charged me 185.00 for doing nothing. I call another company and they came in with 200' and cleared the line no problem. Ironically, the clog was about 125' down. I called several companies and they said the typically have 200' on the truck and if not they would send out additional line without additional charge.

also did nothing to clean up after they were done. The other company atleast made an effort
