"I actually didn't get the work done. They were not pushy at all. seemed very well versed and nice. He was interested in my needs and understood what my goal was for the bathroom. He was able to identify some outstanding issues that I wasn't aware of and provide valuable feedback on what possible solutions they could go with. I would recommend them. I would consider using them in the future if I had other work to be done."

"The workers were very sweet and considerate. When working inside they readily accommodated my husband's unusual work/sleep schedule. They arrived early and worked all day. I am amazed at how well they did on creating stair rails that matched the porch's handrail!"

" and his crew were phenomenal. Returned calls, and showed up on time (for consultations and job itself), were courteous and worked hard, and did an amazing job on our house. explained everything in detail of what would be done, and when we weren't sure about paint colors, his wife who is an artist came out for a color consultation. We added some minor work on as we went, and & crew handled everything with no problems. He also gives you options as you go, as to different things you can do. The job was finished in the time estimated, was very professionally done, and price was right on. I highly recommend & team for any interior drywall/wall repair."

"Despite having good reports from other list contributors we are truly dissatisfied with the work done for us by . We interviewed two other companies and felt they all would have been good, but selected , because of our preference for their design and their slightly lower bid. What we discovered was that their work was careless with many mistakes that would have been noticed and easily corrected if there had been more detailed planning of the specific construction activities and adequate on-site supervision. There were costs above those specified in the contract. Some were our changes to upgrade the quality of doors and windows. Others increases were due to not anticipating the extent of the structural changes required.
(1) Installing the kitchen window off center (it?s still about 1.5? off as measured in the finished construction) which resulted in the can lighting not being centered in the room.
(2) Can lighting which could not be moved because it was surrounded by plumbing before window placement error was noticed. This resulted in the installation of more costly surface mount lighting; an expense we partially assumed along with our payment for the now useless can lights.
(3) Building the new floors higher than the existing floors they needed to meet. This resulted in having to up a floor joist to fix the worst and most obvious spot. The other areas still remain a problem and have resulted in cabinets shimmed so high that standard toe-kick molding isn?t tall enough to cover the exposure.
(4) Tasks done out of sequence, so that we had water leaking behind new drywall and plaster onto new hardwood flooring, because the siding installation wasn?t complete.
(5) The new studs that mounted to the existing brick facing were not caulked during installation. They had to be caulked as best as possible after the siding was installed.
(6) Upper cabinets installed at ceiling height which did not allow space for crown molding. Cabinets damaged by removing them to re-hang. Base cabinets installed at different heights and in twisted placements which resulted in needing one section of them removed and reset by the buyer to accommodate the countertop installation, making the installation a two, non-consecutive day job. Molding installed so unskillfully that we requested it be removed. Spacers between cabinets cut to the wrong size, so that drawer fronts had to be cut down to create enough clearance for drawer pulls to be installed. The cabinet vendor made multiple modifications to provide basic functionality.
(7) A custom pantry door made or ordered incorrectly in a style that didn?t match the cabinets.
(8) Drywall installed so poorly that it extended beyond doors and window frame faces resulting in difficult trim installation. The buyer made customized spacers for each door and window so that the moldings could be installed flat to the drywall.
(9) Forgetting to re-sheath and insulate an exterior wall after relocating plumbing which resulted in frozen pipes on the first cold day this winter. Repair required removing roofing material and cutting into the roof to gain access to the area."

"Great experience from start to finish. Set up a time for an estimate. Showed up right on time and explained a lot of things. The two guys who did the paint work were excellent. You could tell they really cared about their work and wanted to do things right. They were very professional and cleaned up very well. A few years back I used a different painting company and had a bad experience as they used sub-contractors who were full of tattoos and smoked in my house. does not use sub-contractors and all employess are part of the company. This shows in their professionalism and great care they take in their job. They did excellent work and my wife and I were very pleased. We will be using them again to remove some wallpaper and paint another room. Very pleased and highly recommended."

"We were very happy with 's work, but perhaps just as important was our appreciation of his professionalism. comes across as a typical "soccer dad," not your typical painter. He's bright, articulate, polite, and, apparently, a non-smoker. He is a strong communicater and he works quickly. He's not the cheapest guy out there, but he's true to his work and his estimate, and he even fixed a couple other minor repairs that he noticed (i.e., a broken basement step, some concrete patchwork on the exterior of the house for water-tightness. He not only scraped the basement walls, but ground the bad spots, and patched cracks / problem areas with hydraulic cement. "

"Excellent. was very easy to work with, cooperative in scheduling working time, considerate of our needs and the cats', and cleaned up the area afterwards. The work looks very good, very solid. Because the 'mud' needed to dry to continue the work properly, the job took parts of 3 days, but he told us ahead of time that it would be several days."

"His quote came right at our insurance estimate, the work was prompt, and he was extremely professional. We had an issue with the paint lifting, he apologizes profusely came back within 2 days and was nothing but apologetic for the extra inconvenience and got the job done."

"I called and the franchise owner for my area scheduled an appointment. He measured everything and then prepared and printed a proposal on his first call. The job started the next week. The on-site job supervisor maintained daily contact. The painting was professionally done and looks great."

" did a great job! He was professional and easy to work with. We have very high walls in the entryway and stairwell and he had no trouble painting them. He came up with a great idea in our kitchen to replace some caulk around our window with a small piece of wood. The caulk had been cracking over the years and always looked bad. 's idea has solved this problem. We are very happy his work!"
