"This was the first time I took my dog to this groomer. She did a good job grooming the dog. She seemed very preoccupied when I dropped the dog off. She was on the phone listening to messages and talking to me at the same time. I thought that since this was our first visit she might take the time to talk with me and get to know the dog. I noticed it ...more was very hot in the building when I dropped the dog off. Felt like I was being rushed out the door when I left. She told me the dog would be ready to be picked up around 2:00 pm but when I called she said to come at 4:15. I think she did a good job but she just seemed so rushed and overwhelmed that I don't think I would go back. Our dog didn't seem to like going there."

"She is excellent with dogs. She is very gentle and patient. She does a great job and is very careful with toenails and ears, things like that. If she sees any problem at all she will tell us so that we can take them to a vet."
