"Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. We never wait very long either in the waiting room or for the call back from the office. We have been going to this practice since she was a baby and we have been very happy with them."

"The doctor had us in the office for 1 hour or more doing breathing treatments. He gave her an oral steroid in the office. Her pulse ox was still not where it should be but he sent us home saying come back in the tommorrow for another appointment and we will give you the medicines you need for her. I said what if she needs them tonight and he said we could call the office but that they would have us go to the ER. What the ****!? I tried to get him to give us the nebulizer that night but he insisted that we had to come in the next day. So when I got home my husband called to find out why the doctor did not give us anything and he replied that she got the same level of care they would have given her in the urgent care and I'm thinking - yes minus the medicine to take home. We followed up the next day and got the required meds just to be told to follow up yet again in 2-3 more days. He insisted that we put her on daily steriods via the nebulizer which I did not agree - but he would not listen to my opninon when I asked for an alternative (I'm a pharmacist so know other medications that could work- but he would hear none of them - said we had to use the steroid.) For the follow up appointment we used a different doctor in the office who gave us the medication alternative that we wanted but made us sign a disclaimer in the chart that it was against their recommendations. Needless to say we switched pediatric offices and have never turned back . By the way the alternate medication I choose to use has been more than effective for the last 2 years."

"She has been seeing my kids since they were born. She always takes time to listen to the kids and know about them. We have moved and we still come back to see her. we've not had a bad experience. She is available for evening hours. They have a waiting area with a small playroom for the kids. They could have a little bit more toys for the kids but my kids are older now and we haven't been to the playroom for a while. The staff is always smiling and they treat us with respect. My kids had some tests done and she either called or sent a letter. If we were unhappy, we would not go back. We had a billing issue where they filed the claim with the insurance company and they didn't pay and then they billed us. Then the insurance company paid and they refunded us. We will use them until our kids can’t see her anymore."

Where do I begin?
Watch out for this Dr's billing practices. She will bill you for services she did not perform. I avoid her at all costs but I was forced into seeing her during my 2nd child's 1st year checkup. She billed $82 for an extra out patient exam this time b/c she noticed my baby's eczema. Even though I have known and treated my child for this since about her 3rd day of life. A couple of years ago the last time my oldest daughter saw her she billed us for an ear wax extraction ($80) that she never performed. She tried billing us the $80 b/c she told me to get some OTC drops. So today I am again wasting my time calling the insurance and Dr's billing office to dispute the charge which will actually takes MONTHS to resolve.

She also subjected my eldest child to unnecessary CT scans, speech therapy and additional x-rays for absolutely no reason during her first 2 years of life. The DR sent my daughter to a neurologist b/c she thought that maybe she had a brain tumor b/c she noticed her torticolis at her 18month checkup. My daughter had been seeing a Physical Therapist since the age of 3 months for this condition but for some reason on that day the DR thought she needed CT scans and x-rays because it must be a brain tumor. Even though the only presentation of anything wrong was her torticolis and not a single other symptom was presenting to even somewhat support this wild diagnosis. I bet she billed something extra on that check up as well that the insurance co paid. When the Physical Therapist found out the couldn't believe the insanity of this DR. but it didn't end there. On her 2 year check up she spoke to my child for less than 15 seconds and because she couldn't understand her perfectly (my daughter wasn't even speaking to her she was playing with some toys) this Dr told me she had a speech problem and to see a Speech Therapist ASAP. During the first session with the Speech Therapist- the Therapist stopped the session and asked me why on earth was I there? That there was absolutely nothing wrong with my 2 year old daughter's speech and that she was actually very advanced in her speech. Go to Dr

"He is excellent. I thought I might have developed a sinus infection. I called him and he called in something and went to pick something up at the drug store. He called the next day to check to see if I pick up the medicine and if I was feeling better. He is thorough and runs tests and consults with other doctors without any problem. Office staff is very professional."
