"They completed the installation as planned. There were a few follow up issues, and we could not get them to respond. We wrote letters, called and left messages for the owner but to no avail. They continued to bill us for items that should not have been billed. We repeatedly called about over billing and no one but the owner could make a decision, and he would not engage."

"The service guy showed up on time on the day he said, and gave an estimate for the hours required. At $60 an hour they're not cheap, but for a small, non biddable job their rate is OK. The guy was not the fastest worker (it was really hot) but he was VERY thorough. I'd recommend them."

If you can't get a single phone reply or appointment setup in 3+ weeks in season, what good is any of it? I overlooked when they drilled extra (error) holes in the basement walls, cut the phone line (even with the painting on the lawn) etc. But to not be able to get service turned on over 3 weeks - that is simply unprofessional. Steer clear."
