"Last year, provided a quote for $50/treatment.  Did several treatments, then this year the price went up to almost $80.  Tried contacting them on numerous occasions and was told I'd receive a call back to explain why the price went up, but never did get the call.  Then, they came out AGAIN and charged the higher price AGAIN.  I was again assured I'd get a call back, but never did, so I cancelled service."

"To early to tell if there is an improvement in the lawn, as this summer was not normal (drought) and every lawn suffered. I like the fact that

would bend over backwards to make sure you were satified with their applications. Would retreat if requested without hesitation. Very good customer support attitude."

"We gave our property an overall landscape update. It?s the kind of thing you see on TV shows, but unique to our needs. Now our colors, plant and shrub sizes, bloom times and ease of care all coordinate. We especially like the ease of care as we?re not ?green thumb? types but do enjoy the elegant look of our home with minimal time to care for it. We love it and judging from the compliments since day one from neighbors and guests so does everyone else!"

"After one error on applying weed prevention just after we had the lawn reseeded, which they rectified satisfactorily, the service has been quite good and the response to our problem lawn was solved. Today the lawn looks great after working on reseeding and aeration."

"I happened to be home from work and witnessed

providing one of our scheduled fertilization and weed treatments. The gentleman spent less than 10 minutes treating our lawn. He walked/sprayed most of our small front yard but I was appalled as I watched him walk less than 1/10th of our back yard, pack up, and start on a yard down the street. I had noticed increased weeds in the back yard and now I know why. When I called to complain and requested to talk to a manager, I was told both managers were on vacation and would call me back. I never heard back or spoke to a manager even after multiple attempts. They did offer to retreat my lawn but would not provide a refund. I obviously canceled by service, submitted feedback via online survey, and even then never heard from anyone. "

"Totally amazing and one call. This person and the work he did for us was more a 'complete package' than I ever could have imagined. Each piece of the work was separately quoted. I did this so I could get an idea as to what others would charge. After I was comfortable with his pricing(he would tell you what and why he was charging me for)I would just work my list. When I asked him if he built garages too, he was honest and said no but referred us to a builder. Unfortunately we had already signed the contract and were too late. He is personable, intelligent and hard working. His crew of young and polite men)would work from beginning to end to get the job done. For all the different contractors I have called(from plumbing leaks to building garages)this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had. Try for yourself, but I continue to call him whenever I get an issue."

"I selected these guys since they sent me a flier, I think I need to keep with the companies listed high on Angie's list which this one is not. But we signed up late in the service and I rushed; Over all seems to be on average with all other services - we have tried many in the past; They did have the mistake of coming to our home instead of a neighbor, so we have 2 fertilizations too early - and I worried about the grass burning out; The experience was addressed by the owner but he did not give much feedback on the ramifications and the only thing he said well you don't have to pay for it. Also one time the worker did not do my back yard - 10 ft by 5 ft grass slab, and he fought with me that it was not written down, the owner could not understand the push back from the worker, I found it odd also; Considering all the companies out there they are OK. My cost is about $60 each time they come out, so about $500 over the summer/fall."

"From the above description you can tell this did not go well. The backyard is now about 60% overgrown with weeds, meaning where I first had 25% I am now forced to

the entire yard and start fresh. To add insult to injury, since I never dreamed the company would refertilize after only 4 weeks, I am now forced to pay another $60 for a treatment that 1) was not required and 2) will only hurt my yard further. The front yard, which was perfect when they initiated treatment, now has about 5-7% weed growth. Stay away from this service. And a small thing; they never bothered to place yard signs saying treatment had been performed, so it was dangerous for people walking their dogs near our front yard."

"I originally called
Cincinnati Lawn Aeration Provider Name Locked
because I was getting such terrible customer service from the landscaping company we'd selected for our spring cleanup. At the last minute, that other vendor came through, so we didn't use

for that job. When it came time to go on vacation, I called

to mow our lawn while we were gone. They were able to accommodate us on short notice. After returning from vacation, we realized we needed some extensive help with weeding and weed control in our plant beds.

and Bear did the work, and they were a real pleasure to deal with - very friendly and efficient.

took the time to explain to me what they had done, which plants were which (I don't know much about plants or landscaping and I'm new to the region as well) and which plants and weeds needed some special attention. Overall it was a good experience and I plan to use them for any lawn/yard/landscaping needs I have down the road.

"They are excellent. They are here on time and they leave a report explaining what they did. I am very pleased with them and the lawn looks wonderful. I have used them for three years and recommend them."
