arrived right on time for the appointment, which was all scheduled through Angie's List messaging system(very convenient!). He was able to stake out my" property lines with easily identified orange tape on the wooden stakes as well as metal stakes pushed into the ground. He took care of all research and paperwork with the county so I didn't have to do anything. Overall job took about an hour, which is what he told me at the beginning of the appointment.

was very polite and asked me some quick questions on the phone to mostly find out why I wanted him to survey and about how large my yard was. He called me when" he was on his way and introduced himself as soon as he stepped out of his truck. He then put on his reflective vest and went to work. He measured from several different locations to get the exact spots he needed to start.
installed survey pins at all four corners and added wooden stakes in-between. I received three approved and stamped copies with all the correct markings about 3 days later.
was a very nice down to earth guy. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. The job was exactly what I expected.

"I measured the lot myself, but some things did not look right when I compared my line to my neighbors lines. I decided to try to find a surveyor to get accurate measurements. I have" a rectangular 1/2 acre lot, 100 x 200 feet with no visual obstructions for a surveyor. I looked in Angie's list for surveyors and picked 2. The 1st one who had done the original survey on my lot when the house was built in 1994 wanted $450 to do the survey. I called
and he said he would do it for $300 and would be out Saturday to do the survey. It rained all day Saturday, so he called and asked if he could come out the next day, Sunday. He and a colleague completed the survey in about 2.5 hours. He put official surveyor pins at all 4 corners, plus a couple of wood stakes in places between the corner pins. The lot was much different than what I or my next door neighbor thought. I thanked my next door neighbor for mowing part of my lawn for the past 20 years, which gave us both a laugh.
also sent me 3 official copies of the surveyor stamped land plot showing where the pins and stakes were located. It also shows any easements on your property. You can get this plot from the county, but it is sometimes hard to read. Our houses are on a curved road with few fences around or other points to get a visual reference. This was an overall enlightening and educational experience. I didn't realize that your property line doesn't go all the way to the street, but is setback in our neighborhood.

In a property line & fence dispute with a particularly egregious neighbor I needed to quickly get a survey done. Mr.
Cincinnati Land Surveyors Provider Name Locked
was professional, courteous and reasonably priced. Arriving at the beginning of the estimated time frame he provided -he was able to resolve the question of the property line in a professional manner despite the interruptions and "interrogation" from my neighbor. I would most certainly use him again should the need arise and refer him to others without any hesitation. Perfect Transaction!

surveyed, mapped out and posted our property which is approximately 1.3 acres mixed cleared and bush land . We had property description but no survey when we bought the house and wanted to install a fence and take down some dead trees without encroaching on neighbors land. The original property post were buried under 30 years of brush and dirt. When he was finished he walked the property line with us and showed us where he had posted and also showed us a preliminary drawing he had done.. He was, on time, professional, courteous and did everything he said he was going to do. He estimated between $350-$400 and we paid $375. Will refer him to anyone who needs a surveyor.

answered my call the same day and was familiar with the area and terrain of my house. He offered an extremely reasonable price (1/3 of what another surveyor was asking!) to survey the property of mine and my adjoining neighbor's. He gave an estimate over the phone of $400 for both yards together and promised it would be no more than a

of $500. Although he scheduled the work for 9:00 Sunday morning (because my neighbor and I are early risers), he arrived even earlier at 8:30 (which was impressive to me).

and his coworker surveyed the culdesac properties from the top of the street's hill, took many measurements, marked the corners of both properties, and left stakes and metal pins for the corners. Stakes with bright plastic flags marked the boundaries in the back of each property which is a very steep, thick woods covering a total of 2+ acres total. 4 1/2 hours later they finished the job, showed us drawn maps of our properties, and promised that a copy of each map would be sent to us. It was apparent that neither property had been surveyed before (resulting in more work), and this job clarified where the actual boundaries of each property were (which was very different than we had supposed). This information also gave us clarification as to the ownership of dead trees between several properties. They worked very hard and we were pleased with the results.

was timely in his response to my call and also showed up on time as promised. He delivered the goods and was easy to talk to and work with.

Promptly returned call, quoted price and scheduled survey. Arrived on time, spent approximately 2.5 hours conducting survey, placing pins and stakes. Very professional. Provided additional instructions on local laws and suggestions re: communicating with neighbors.

returned my call promptly, explained the services he would provide and a cost estimate, and an estimated time to schedule the work. Once I confirmed with him that I wanted to schedule services, we quickly picked a date and time.

showed up right on time, and the work took as long as he estimated it would. He took great care to explain what he did when he was finished, showing me the placement of all of the pins and markers and explaining the process he used to do his work. He was very friendly and professional, and every expectation that he set with me her delivered on exactly as he stated.

In hindsight, the only one thing I would have asked to happen differently is to have been notified prior to putting stakes and paint markings on the neighbor's driveway. Not that it would have changed anything. That's a really nitpicky thing, overall did not affect my ratings or willingness to use

's services again. Again, this was probably the best experience I have ever had with a contractor.
