"I liked the quality of the name brand that they installed which was a 
. I heard a lot about how good furnaces and air conditioners are. His price wasn?t the lowest but the way he presented his quote and the way he educated me were very good. He said that the system I had before was too big for my condo so he put in a lower system. He spent the time to educate me on the product, which not a lot of the other people did. It gave me confidence in the guy and the company. He had a crew of four guys that worked for two days. They had to take out my old furnace, take out one of the outside units and they had to run copper up six stories outside the condo building into the attic. They worked in the attic for a whole day. My furnace seems kind of small. They did a great job. One of the guys did put his foot through my ceiling but they repaired it within a few days. He was up in the rafters and fell through the drywall. I noticed that the furnace was sweating a few days afterwards and they came back and did an insulation job around it so it won't sweat anymore. They have been very responsive to any problems. I really liked them but I've had two service calls and they have been late but it is because they get stuck on other jobs. "

"I had roof installed 2 years and we had a skylight removed. When the skylight was removed it was just covered with plywood and then shingles and patched from the inside. I was very impressed by the tools that this company used to monitor the temperature changes throughout our house. The tool instantly picked up on this patched area and I could visibly see the difference in temperature.
They were excellent to work with. They called yesterday as they said they would to confirm our appointment. The guys have been very professional, clean and orderly. Their van got stuck in our driveway because neither by husband or I were able to shovel. One of the workers went and got salt and spread it on the driveway for us. The job took them longer to complete than expected but they did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend them to others.

"Had to come later in the day than originally scheduled, due to equipment problems. The crew arrived promptly and immediately began using plastic sheeting to cover all surfaces that were not to be sprayed with the foam. They were extremely courteous, professional and answered all of my questions. After spraying the foam, I was invited to inspect their work before it was covered by the insulation. After I expressed approval they began installing the and removing the plastic. The work was done in short order and with very little mess. I was very impressed and extremely satisfied."

"After extensive research, we contracted with to perform this significant amount of work. Originally we had only asked for roof/gutter/downspout work. I was very impressed that the president of the company was the one doing the estimation. After making the decision to also work in the siding into this project, because of 's openness, detail, and customer service, we ultimately decided we wanted to do everything with one company.
's attention to customer service and willingness to work with us on various requests and aspects were key to why we selected their bid. Quite honestly, several of their competitors didn't even call us back after giving us an estimate. followed up.
We had an aggressive timeframe for them to complete the work and they accomodated, ensuring we started the project on time and completing the roof in two days and the siding/gutter/downspout work in 5-6 days with some inclement weather in between. Well within the timelines we had requested.
The professional office staff were easily accessible throughout the process. Additionally, the roofers and siders were extremely professional, neat, organized, and accomodating during the process as well.
During this process over the past six weeks or so, we recommended to a few friends and they have also selected DPR for roofing related work. "

He took the necessary time to explain in detail the work they would perform and ensured that all questions were answered. Once I contracted with them for the work it was scheduled within a week and (the install manager) and his team of two co-workers arrived on-time and did a professional job on the installation. They ensured that they cleaned up and removed any debris after completion of the job. They were a very friendly and professional crew and I would highly recommend them to others."
