She did tell me that phone was a better method for her, but many times, I wasn't easily able to call due to work conflicts, etc. We have stopped service only because we moved, and I emailed her to let her know and did not get a response. I also referred several people to her and did not receive any acknowledgement. The communication piece was minor as they were great at cleaning which was what I hired them to do, but it would be the one item I could see improved. I would definitely recommend the cleaning services to others!"

Initially, I left a message for the owner Sunday, 10/17 and spoke with her Monday, 10/18 and the cleaning was scheduled for Tuesday, 10/19. Two housecleaners provided the service that Tuesday, and because ...more our house was in such disarray. They spent 4 hours total, equal to 8 hours of service. These ladies both worked very hard, were very nice, accommodating and individually thorough. However,

Initially, and I did have a lot of back and forth communications in trying to reach each other and coordinate times. I am OK with this as I am sometimes hard to reach. The actual cleaning was "Good" but fell short of my expectations of a "deep clean". I was told everything would be cleaned top to bottom, from ceiling to baseboards. The cleaning was also to include an oven cleaning. The general houseclean of my condo was good - vacuum, wipe-down, mopping, etc. However, I found things like cobwebs in the corner ceilings, tops of tall items not dusted, and the oven did not get cleaned which left me feeling that the space was not cleaned as "deep" as I was

to believe. Had these items been completed, grade would have been an A. My space is small (approx 1000sq ft) so I was expecting a deep clean in a small space to be easy to deliver on expectations. I emailed

after the cleaning to let her know about the areas that were missed. I did not receive a reply back. Other comments: At the initial walk-through before the 1st cleaning, seemed more interested in closing a sale of repeat weekly cleanings than listening to what I wanted clean. I wanted the opportunity to evaluate the work before agreeing to any future cleanings. I would probably have used this service again and booked additional cleanings throughout the year, if she had responded and acknowledged my message sent post-cleaning. I did not like that this service was not able to provide a full checklist/menu of service items of what is included and what is an add-on service. Supposedly the oven cleaning was an "add-on" and was added to the price of the service but this service did not get completed. It is possible this service is overbooked or not genuinely interested in cleaning smaller homes. I would not recommend add-on or deep cleaning services. I would recommend this service for general housecleaning."
