When we signed the contract, we told the salesman we wanted him to stop by to make sure the special needs were taken care of. We also called and left messages for the salesperson. He never showed up or called us back. We found out from the installer that the salesman did this as a side job and had another full time job with another company. Luckily, we had a great installer. He did a good job of installing our system. We had just restored our house so we did not want the walls torn up. The installer was very careful and did not damage anything. The service is great. I would not work with our salesman again. The customer service is excellent."
