COMPLAINT: Tony Colello, Brecksville, Ohio

"The Gutter Shutter Co. of Cincinnati installed their gutter system. They didn't paint the gutter board as agreed and the gutters leaked. They returned to make adjustments after my initial complaint, but when I called to complain that the gutters were clogged and had pulled away from the house, I was told they went out of business.

"Due to the product failing, there has been water running down the inside of my walls. The Gutter Shutter Co. has a national presence and an office in Cincinnati. Their website clearly states their system has a lifetime no-clog guarantee and that the system will never pull away from your house.

"I've contacted them multiple times but haven't heard back."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want a refund or my gutters repaired and unclogged."
