I brought in the matching door for them to determine the size of the new door. I asked about new hardware since the original had been thrown out with the broken door. Part of the old hardware was glued onto the old mirror. I asked how I could get that off to replace it. She explained that a solvent could be used to dissolve the glue. In fact, if I left the old mirror, they could take care of this for me. I thought that was great. The new mirror was ready within the timeframe provided and the cost was as estimated. The removal of the old hardware was free. I'm sure it didn't cost much to do, but considering that my total bill was only $30, I was pleasantly surprised. "

When the windows were finished, they replaced the window sidelights after removing the the wood. Overall, this was a good experience."
