I chose the most expensive one ($350 installed) with the lifetime warranty I had previously priced similar openers at Lowe's and Home Depot and they were about $250 plus installation. What I also like about this opener is that it has a motor that is too quiet to hear when it operates. The repair man came back on Monday to replace the opener. He made my stop his last one so I would be home when he finished. He showed me how to operate the door and the new keypad opener and explained how I could change codes. He cleaned up very well and removed all of the old parts. I would recommend
