I visited HJ
's website, along with a few others, and found
's to be the most easily navigated. They also provided more of the type of arrangement I was looking for, something for my friend to keep throughout the season and plant in her yard if she so chose. The website displayed beautiful photos of a small and very reasonably priced basket, but I chose to send the larger basket that did not have a corresponding photo. I was hoping it would be appropriate for the price difference. After filling out the online request, I accidentally omitted the delivery date. Their call to me to verify delivery was prompt and courteous. I also received an email verification of my entire order for my review. When my friend called to tell me she received the basket, she was overjoyed. It was absolutely beautiful with large, bright, cheerful and seasonal plants. She sent me a photo, and I was very pleased with it and so glad I chose to send the larger planter. It was fabulous!

This week, I ordered a large Easter arrangement for my 81-year old
mother. It arrived on Thursday as planned. Friday morning when Mom
went to add water, one of the three large lilies in the arrangement was
dead. On her way back from Dad's nursing home, she stopped in for a
replacement. All she wanted was one
to stick in herself, as the
dead
left a large gap.
The store personnel told her they'd
have to ask the boss, who wasn't there - so they called. Whoever the
boss was said that she would have to bring this large arrangement back
so they could "evaluate" it. I am not even sure she could get it in her
car by herself. She said no, and said all she wanted was a
. She
gave them all the order info so they would know she wasn't scamming them
(though who would scam for one
, I have no idea.)
Still they said no. They told her to try taking it out, trimming it, and putting
it in water and maybe it would revive. She said no - it's Easter, my
husband is in a nursing home and is having serious health problems - I
don't have time to try to revive a
. Just give me a
and I'll go.
They never would give them a
, even after she told them I
repeatedly buy from them. She DID tell them as she left that she would
no longer accept arrangements from them, and would tell me never to use
them again. She would also ask me to tell all my friends in
Cincinnati.
I do not mind at all that one flower had problems - that happens.
I mind a great deal how poorly they treated my elderly mother and
turned what should have been a lovely gift into a source of angst and
frustration for her.
Needless to say, I will not be using them again. In the end, their lack of
willingness to replace one
will cost them hundreds of dollars from me.

The flowers were well done, but the delivery was lacking. The order came with instructions to "leave at neighbor if no one at home". The driver left arrangement on front step with no wrap or protection.

Cincinnati Florists Provider Name Locked
has some very good ideas, as to what to put in the garden. They were putting it in, in very hot weather. So it took them a little longer, because of the heat. Which was fine. I love what
Cincinnati Florists Provider Name Locked
did, next season it should look even better, hoping it will fill in. I would have them back again.

The flowers arrived on time and were great however my wife commented the next day that they were dying. She called in,
Cincinnati Florists Provider Name Locked
was extremely apologetic and responsive, asked only for the old arrangement to be left out so they could assess the problem while they dropped off a new arrangement. The new arrangement lasted well into the new week and she loved it. We're prone to use businesses in the neighborhood and we'll continue to do so for flower arrangements and their greenhouse for hanging baskets and perennials/annuals around the home.
Cincinnati Florists Provider Name Locked
is pricier than alternatives but we appreciate the quality of the product and their responsiveness.

Online ordering was efficient and convenient, being accomplished on their off hours. The flowers were received in California on the day promised, and via eye witness reports and a photo, the flower collection was quite beautiful and fresh.

The arrangement was beautiful. This florist has a great website. The arrangement looked like what I choose on the website except it was even larger and more beautiful then I expected. I've ordered flowers for out-of-town deliveries in the past, and later found that sad, dull flowers were used. Once an arrangement of brown mums was delivered to a nursing home. That florist knew I was in another state and wouldn't see what was sent. Another florist delivered an arrangement of orange and chartruse flowers. Arrangements are expensive and meant to be a lovely gift. I'm more careful when I order flowers now. I couldn't be happier with the service and flowers from this florist. They even took the time to call to let me know that my internet order was received. I will use this florist again and highly recommend them.

The person on the phone was very friendly and helpful. I usually hate ordering flowers over the phone, because there are so many choices. She helped me to narrow these choices down, and a beautiful arrangement was sent for the funeral visitation.

My friend is 27 and was just diagnosed with eye cancer. He loves sunflowers and I wanted to take some to him in the hospital on the day he had his eye removed from the cancer. The florist made a beautiful arrangement and even threw in a few extra flowers. It really brightened my friend's day.
