and his Team at AOS Fencing have done an absolutely AMAZING job with my fence! AOS Fencing is a Team of true Fencing Professionals that stand by their work.
I have been a tough client. I live on a hill with multiple retaining walls, a shared driveway, and a garage in the middle of my yard. I have two dogs, one that can jump a 5 foot fence and one that can fit under a 6 inch gap – meaning the fence had to be nearly perfect. I had a huge amount of clearing that was required as well as the removal of several different types of extremely old fences.
Throughout the entire process AOS Fencing had my back. From referring a surveyor, to designing the Layout, to clearing of the fence line, to fence installation, to tweaks to the Layout, to working through a Zoning Dispute with my neighbor, and even through repairing the fence after my neighbor ran into it with her car, the AOS Fencing Team was OUTSTANDING!
I could rave on and on about how thankful I am that I chose AOS Fencing, but I instead I will simply say this - If they do half the job they did for me, you will be more than satisfied.
Thanks again AOS Fencing!

Having been recently surveyed I had a string line run the length of side yard and gave specific instructions as to the need to be "at least 6" off the property line. It is right on the line in 1 area and varies as much as 1' in others. There was no following of the line and the install is "wavy". The rear corner is right on the property line but approx. 1' where in other places. Additionally, they were instructed to attach a small piece to an existing post to adjoin the sections. These instructions were made clear at both the "sales" meeting and with the installers. When I spoke with
he wanted to blame the variation on some large trees being in the way; however it is only where those trees are is the distance from the line where it should be. There was no top line run and the height of the fence is not consistent- I knew there would be a variation in one area that was higher ground but the rest of it should have been fairly level. It looks like what it was - no top line run - variations throughout. Vertical Poles: not straight or cut off level. Additionally I have some concerns that they may not be "deep" enough in the ground. Fabric - not stretched tight in some areas - looks "creased" in one area. "Diamonds" at top are not consistent (aesthetic). Gates - not even or level; measured incorrectly and top rail of gates considerably higher than top rail of line. Left pole is approx. 1-1/2' higher than other one. I worry that the pole itself was not installed deep enough to carry the weight and action of a heavy gate. When the supervisor came out he wanted to raise the horizontal pole on fence (making it even higher) and dig out one side of the ground --which would make the ground higher on the outside of gates; which would erode making the gates inoperable, This is a brief synopsis; more detail is available. I attempted to work with them; they were supposed to come back out to try to remedy - but never showed up. Numerous emails and voicemails were left which went unanswered until the day they rec'd a certified letter from me.
(owner) promised to send them back out. That was about the 8th of May. Now they will not return my calls. I had a friend that used them and was happy with the install and given that and their longevity I figured they must do a good job. They use sub-contractors for their work and not employees which I believe can make a big difference. I paid them immediately which I know now was a mistake. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND FINISHED PRODUCT~ while the fence itself has potential the quality of the finished product is not so nice. Looks ridiculous. I am extremely unhappy and to date there has been no action to remedy the problems. While the price was good - I guess you really do get what you pay for.

was great to work with. I knew only that I wanted a privacy fence and she helped me choose a style that I like. Although what she didn't mention, and you can't really tell from the picture deck is that there are some significant spaced between the slats of this particular style of privacy fence. If i had known that then I'd have certainly chosen a different style. I want privacy.
The job was supposed to take only two days and was scheduled for Thursday and Friday. I was able to get my boss to let me work from home both days in case anything came up at home that I needed to deal with. The crew arrived an hour early on Thursday. I showed them around, answered the initial questions, and then let them get to work. They left that day before 1PM with a little less than 1/3rd of the original fence left to demolish. They didn't bother to let me know that they wouldn't return that day. They started on-time Friday and worked through to evening but by then had only the posts for the new fence set. At no point did they let me know that they would not be finished that day.
I certainly understand that the time frame on jobs like these is only an estimate and I general treat them as such. But I would have appreciated knowing as much ahead of time as possible that it would take longer. I was to meet with a landscaper Saturday and would have canceled if I knew
Cincinnati Fence Installers Provider Name Locked
was not going to be finished. The crew didn't tell me when they would return and I didn't see them again until I was leaving home Monday morning.
I received a call Tuesday at work informing me that the job was complete and I had the

to examine the work once I arrived home that evening. I was (and am) not happy. They had to move a concrete paver where the gate was installed. There was no asking about it they just did it. They left a piece of fiberglass laying on the grass instead of putting it back where it had come from. It had been laying there long enough to brown the grass underneath. These are just minor issues and they did apologize for them but to me it is an indicator of their level of professionalism.
There were a couple of major issues as well. First, as I indicated earlier there are a few places where the gaps between the slats is wider than i am comfortable with. I don't expect there to be no gap at all but I can easily see the gaps from across the yard (about 90 ft.. away) and at least a couple are large enough that I can stick a finger through. There is also a chunk of concrete missing from the corner of the house where

meets it. I called to mention this and was told that it was already cracked when they started and removing the original post caused it to break off. There was no offer to help with fixing it since they said it was already cracked. But there was no mention of this possibility at the start of the job or even a notification that it had broken during the job.
While I can say that the folks I spoke to were very pleasant, there was an almost complete lack of communication and they don't seem to mind the (albeit minor) property damage. Overall it'll do but I'd rather have had something better.

Spoke with

week prior and discussed fencing and land surveying. We
arranged an appointment for the following Mon, May12th. He asked for my
address and contact number. He said he would call before he arrived. He
did not show up, nor did he call. The following day, I called to check
in and left a message. I wanted to give him second

I was looking to have approximately 100 feet of 6ft high, double barbed chain link fence installed along my side property line. I gave
Cincinnati Fence Installers Provider Name Locked
at
Cincinnati Fence Installers Provider Name Locked
a call and explained my situation and asked about the options available. Based on my rough guess of 100 feet he was able to give me a very very ballpark cost of $1300. Of course he would have to come out and measure and check the terrain to give me the actual final cost. We spent a pretty good amount of time on the phone discussing all my options and some of the different things I could do, should do, and shouldn't do. He was easy to talk with, honest and very down to Earth, which I appreciate since I have worked in the outdoor service industry also. As it turns out, I will not need any fence work done after all, but if I do in the future I will be giving

a call. Just the fact that he took the time out of his busy day to show care and concern for someone he's never met means a lot. Overall Grade of "A" even though any work wasn't performed. Quality and Punctuality are not applicable in this situation thus the "N/A" rating.

My experience was excellent. The customer service rep.

The initial call for price quote was returned promptly and an appointment made for a couple days later. When
Cincinnati Fence Installers Provider Name Locked
arrived, he was very professional and friendly, answering all questions and measuring the land for placement. The quote was emailed by early the next morning with everything broken down so that it was easy to read and understand. After considering all our options,
Cincinnati Fence Installers Provider Name Locked
and his company were the cheapest professionally installed fence we found. We scheduled our services with him at the end of March 2014, and he said current workload and weather would put them 4-6 weeks out for completion. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a phone call saying they would be out to start work on the 16th. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way, and when he arrived he verified what we wanted included from the quote. By the end of the first day, all the posts were installed and setting up for final installation. The next morning he arrived with his crew and they began installing the rails and fence pickets. Every last piece was hand placed and installed. I was impressed by their knowledge and competence in installing the fence, as we had one area where installing the fence normally would have left a small section of overgrown grass between two fences, so they flipped the fence pickets around and were able to place the posts directly next to the existing fence so that nothing would have to be trimmed between. Since everything was hand installed, we have a gate on either side of the house and the opening mechanism was moved into a higher position than usual to prevent my child from attempting to escape unnoticed. The work was completed in two days, and is absolutely top of the line work.

From the initial phone call to the completion of the work, AOS was extremely professional. Due to particularly bad weather early in the spring, we were told the repair would need to be scheduled approximately four weeks after the initial meeting. Almost like clockwork, we were contacted to confirm installation of the fence and the work was completed the following day. All debris was removed and, apart from the obvious color difference between the new and old sections of the fence, you would not be able to tell they were installed by two different companies.
While we hope the circumstances that
Cincinnati Fence Installers Provider Name Locked
us to require the services of AOS do not repeat, we would gladly use them again for any type of fence installation or repair.
