"Outstanding service and work throughout the process. Shortly after expressing interest, came out on 2 occasions to evaluate, bring samples and literature, and give estimate for job. He discussed a solution to a ventilation issue to prevent ice damming that 2 other roofers didn't bring up (even when asked). Job started within ...more 2 weeks of bid acceptance. We received calls explaining what would be done and when. Crew arrived promptly, and Crew Leader introduced himself & crew when they started job; they were all very conscientious and cleaned up daily. After job was done, the company sent out a Quality Control inspector which they do for all their jobs now to make sure everything was done exactly as it should. He noticed a couple very minor items which were promptly taken care of. There were a few short delays related to winter weather; for all they called and kept us informed as to when they would be working.

had a reputation in the past for being pricey, but their bid was within 1/2 percent of the other bids we got, and for doing a little more work than the other bids promised. I had used them in the past for gutter helmets, and noticed this time around that there was a much greater emphasis on quality work, customer service, and communication. We had absolutely no complaints with the entire process, and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others."

He did not hard-sell anything and gave me information on all of our options. In addition, we had been considering removing the current tilework and framing, and he was happy to share his thoughts about the best way to go about doing that, the pros and cons and options, etc. He was incredibly nice, very thorough, and I did not feel pressured to make any decisions regarding the next steps. "The cleaning was done fine and they cleaned up fine as well. The issue is that we asked them to look at the inside of our fireplace and the -points on the outside of the chimney. We are thinking of selling our home and wanted to have this looked at in case an inspector found something. The person proceeded to hit the outside ...more of our chimney with a hammer until a brick broke! I was furious. He also pulled a brick out from the inside of our fireplace. He told us the fireplace should not be used and was a hazard. Since then i had another opinion and this was all (in my opinion) an attempt to have us spend a lot of money to repair things that did not need repairing. He sent us an estimate for $1,800 to fix everything, including the brick he broke off. I repaired the inside of the fireplace myself for about $20 (needed to have a couple bricks reset). The outside of the chimney is fine. We have used it all winter without issue."
