really goes the extra mile to get the job done right - for example, he wasn't pleased with the way the border tiles looked when he mounted the first couple of strips, so he removed them and set each tile individually to create even, squared grout lines. There were only 2 downsides to the job - first was that he wasn't able to get much help throughout the project, which stretched the time to completion significantly. Second, we did the project over the Winter and since he had just moved to rural Kentucky, we missed a few days between holidays and bad Winter weather."
