"I liked the way they handled the phone calls and the concerns. When I asked them about the situation, the woman who answered the phone was very courteous. She offered appropriate advice. Sometimes, companies only give half an ear, but this company listened. I would love to use them sometime."

"Our sales rep
Cincinnati Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
was very helpful. After meeting with us and measuring the room, he dropped off samples and then met with me at their showroom to show me additional pieces. We had to delay installation and they worked with us to make sure that the carpet we ordered arrived on time. The job went very well. There were two installers plus the sales rep, who came to help move the piano and who stayed for the duration of the installation. It went smoothly--the installers were clearly pros at what they do and they worked carefully and efficiently. When they finished, they vaccumed the room and moved the furniture and asked if there were other pieces we wanted help with (there were). All told, the job took about two hours. The room looks great. They removed all the scraps and cleaned the area."

Cincinnati Carpet Installers Reviews

"Installed high grade 20 year warrantied plush "Easy Moments" Stainmaster carpet. Salesman,
Cincinnati Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
Brown, was very professional in both his advice and product knowledge. Installation was excellent. There was a bit of confusion when the installers said their work order specified new carpet installation, but not removal of existing carpet. Since I had already removed the old carpet in one room to also remove an oak parquet floor beneath, the installers began in that room, while I removed the old carpet from the other room and adjoining bath. Although it was not terribly difficult, Mr.

issued a small credit off the invoice to compensate for the chore.

"We purchased a good carpet at a reasonable price. They fit the need we had. The service was good. The installation was fine as well. They did everything they said they would do. "

"I contracted for the 72 hour installation on a Monday as a final item before listing my house for sale. They outsource the measurements and this process took 24 hours to complete and another 24 hours to process for payment. (The measurer was 30 minutes late for the 2 hour window.) They also outsource the installation. This took another 24 hours to send to the installers, upon which time they stated they had 72 business hours to complete the work. They worked me in on Friday after I complained. The installer showed up on time at 10am, but was working alone and it took until 6:30pm, not the quoted 5-6 hours. The installation was beautifully done. In all, the process took over 15 phone calls and I finally had the carpet on Friday night. The frustrating part was that everyone I talked to had a different excuse why THEIR time in the 72 hours didn't count and how THEY weren't

"We had a toilet break on our upper level and flood out the entire house. Our insurance company assigned
Cincinnati Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
to do the repairs. When we initially began working with them, they seemed responsive and said things would happen quickly. At first, they did. They came and did a tear down of all the walls and ceilings promptly. After that, things ground to a halt. Every thing seemed to require three phone calls before something would happen. They sent small crews once a week if at all (sometimes we weren't 2 weeks with no progress). They did a poor job coordinating with the other subcontractors (such as carpet, hardwood, etc.) so that when it came time, for example, for hardwood to be installed, they hadn't talked with the hardwood people. Consequently, our house would sit for weeks with nothing getting done. It often came to me individually calling the subcontractors to arrange services. A job that they initially told us would take 2-3 weeks, stretched on for over 4 months - during which our house was barely inhabitable. For what it is worth, the actual work they did was fine for the most part (although we often had to point out problems before it was really done right). The guys who worked in our house were polite. The years I lost from my life due to unending frustration though cloud that fact. The man who oversaw the work was rude, unprofessional and

unresponsive. It got to the point where I had to call him daily to remind him to do this or that because inevitably he had forgotten or deprioritized our job. Never once did we receive any apologies or even explanations for all the problems we were experiencing. The entire experience was awful and really made my life completely miserable for almost half a year. If your insurance assigns this company, remember that you usually can chose your own contractor to use instead. Although this may make the payment arrangements more cumbersome, consider the value of a contractor who does what he says and does it in a timely fashion, it is worth its price in gold!

"They were really great! The installation team are employees of the company, not sub contractors.
Cincinnati Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
, the store manager, really went out of his way to inform us, and treated it as if he were carpeting his own home. He recommended a better padding with a moisture

"Responsive, professional and reasonable pricing. Ed came to install the carpet, did a very professional job around poles and nooks and crannies. Suggested using left over carpet for a runner on the stairs. We needed to get some additional rubber edging to complete the job and Ed came back a few days later to finish it up."

"The experience was very good overall. The contact,
Cincinnati Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
was able to give me an approximate estimate over the phone based on the measurements of the rooms. I was able to set up an appointment for the following week.

and his partner arrived later than promised, however

called to let me know that they were running late. They did an excellent job stretching the carpets. Additionally, they took the time to clean both carpets until the carpets were actually clean."
