There was a slight misunderstanding and the cushions were dry cleaned rather than steam cleaned, but they honored their quote for the steam cleaning price and were very efficient and pleasant in the transaction.  The young man that did the pickup and delivery was very pleasant and  took care of the misunderstanding and the difference in cost.  He called beforehand to arrange for a delivery time and the cushions were delivered in protective plastic covers.  Have used
