rotates my tires for free every 5000 miles because I bought the tires there. Since they remodeled, the wait is too long and they're always trying to sell the customer another service. This time and the previous time, everyone in the waiting room was told they needed an oil change, brakes, alignment or something else. Perhaps, we did, but seemed kind of odd. The waiting room was very clean. I've bought many sets of tires at this location, but I'm done dealing with them.

is a decent company, but it's been rough in my experiences at this location. I kept punishing myself because they are extremely convenient to my work and they are rarely busy. But this was a
(for them)
for (me) so I won't go back. I called for an apt. with a clear description of the issue and gave them every opportunity to
if there was any likeyhood that they wouldn't be able to hook up to their diagnostic system and be able to execute the repair. Same thing when I dropped the car off. I get the call that they recommend I take the car to some no-name mechanic in Batavia after their top tech or manager,
was unable to solve the issue.
Clearly this was a failed gamble to take the car to
for a mechanical problem. I'd trust them to sell and install tires, change oil, but they even put inadequate struts on this car that they claimed met the Acura specs and they the car no longer rides like an Acura.
Bottom line is that while they have to charge for someone's time to inspect the car, they need to figure out a better way to avoid misrepresenting what they can and can't do. On another
oil change job, I brought in a coupon so they upgraded the oil to bump up the sale. The upgraded oil
was "runs better in cold weather." It was this past June!
So the next time they ask "how can we earn your business today?" the answer would be, make me forget what happened the last time and the time before that.

We purchased a set of tires from them two months ago and I ran over a nail and I was able to take it back and they fixed these free of charge for me even though I didn't have a puncture warranty. They were able to get me right in and I feel like we got a really good deal on the tires we purchased two months ago. I was very impressed with their customer service!

I called
Cincinnati Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
when I decided to replace the two front tires on my 2003 Honda Accord. I was given several price quotes over the phone and as the 65000 mile
Cincinnati Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
tires were on sale I decided to look no further. I was given an appointment the next day. The place is very easy to find. It is right next to the Taco Bell and White Castle at the intersection of Route 42 and

Road in Sharonville. When I went for my tire replacement I was waited on immediately. The fellows at the desk were courteous and responsive. I was told it would take about an hour. There are several places to eat next door and a couple shops as well so I was able to make good use of the time. The car was finished on time and I was told that I would be given free tire rotations in the future as a courtesy. Overall, a very pleasant transaction and I would happily recommend this establishment.

I really like it down there. They go out of their way to really take good care of their customers. The general manager of the dealership gave me her cell phone and said "Call me if you have any problems." They stand behind their product, and treat their customers like gold.

The service was excellent. They took my car immediately. Within 15 minutes, one of the service members came back to explain that the tire rim had been badly bent and that they were in the process of bending it back. After another 15 or so minutes, they let me know that they had gotten the tire back on and were going to put a seal on the rim to finish the job. The service member explained that this wasn't absolutely necessary, as the tire would likely re-form to the rim as I drove home, but that they felt better having me drive off with a fully-sealed tire. Regardless of whether the extra step was necessary, I appreciated the thought and transparency. Before I left, they gave me the heads up to check the tire every so often, and to pay careful attention in the next couple of weeks, in case the bend started to reappear slightly and cause a slow leak.

Overall, I was pleased with the thorough explanation of the work done and the appearance of going the extra mile to salvage my existing tire. My only "less than excellent" experience was some of the wait time. After the job was finished, I probably sat for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to call me up to the desk so I could pay. I'm sure they have plenty of people to help and paperwork to go through, but it would have been helpful to know that they would at least be with me soon.

This is merely another basic auto service for one of our 2 cars. I'm AMAZED that there aren't other folks reporting just how GREAT Pat and
Cincinnati Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
and their staff are!!!
we've taken our cars (2005 Chevy Malibu and 2005 Scion xB) to
Cincinnati Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
's for the past 5 years and have been MORE than thrilled with the service they give! There have been times that Pat and
Cincinnati Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
have INSISTED that we NOT get something done that we think might need done to our cars! My wife has been having some noise in her rear brakes and left it at
Cincinnati Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
last Saturday and told Pat, "I just need new brakes and probably a new rotor, or whatever it needs.." Pat called her later in the afternoon and said that one of the rear rotors was only SLIGHTLY warped and was NOT a

. He said it might be a nuisance to listen to, but there was NO REASON to do brakes or rotors. This would have EASILY been a $150+ job, but Pat told us to come and get the car.... NO CHARGE!
This has been a common experience with the

family, and, whenever I can I steer (pun intended) potential new customers their way.
I trust them IMPLICITLY!

Someone else had quoted a ridiculous price.
Cincinnati Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
& Service provided good service and their price was much better. He liked it. They did the job quickly. He has had no problems with the tires. He is satisfied.

My last visit was for brake inspection on my van, redoing my brakes and putting nitrogen tire inflator in my tires to keep them inflated longer. They are very thorough and honest. They have got other contacts; for example, I needed to have my transmission redone, so they were able to find somebody for us that was reliable that offered a three-year guarantee on it. We are not pressured by them to buy services that we

?t need.

They are outstanding. I completely underestimated how important a good alignment is, but the car drives so much better now. The tires are part of that, of course. But the alignment made all the difference in the world and there really is a difference in having it done by pros that know what they are doing vs. some 20-year-old kid that is just trying to get to the end of the day. It's not a latte-in-the-waiting-room kind of place, definitely an old school auto shop...and it's great to talk to someone with dirt under his nails that knows cars inside and out.
