Cincinnati Auto Sales Reviews

"Our experience there has been excellent. They are very low pressure and very accommodating, they answered our questions, and the price was very fair. We didn’t have to do any of the game playing."

"I always take my car to the dealer. They only charged me for the oil and filter change, they didn't charge me for anything else. They also wouldn't charge me for the recalls stuff. I was pleased that they didn't charge me for the multi point safety inspection. I think they were really excellent. They had a very nice facility. They just built a whole new building that has a nice waiting room with coffee and vending machines and also has nice clean rest rooms. They are very punctual and quick. As soon as I drive in, they immediately come out and sit and talk to me about whatever I want to have done. There's no delay. I would recommend them to everyone. I would use their services again in the future. "

"Aside from the business manager and financing piece - the deal went fine and salesman was pretty good. Know your numbers, know the value of the car you want to buy and the value of your trade in and don't move off your information when making a decision on whether to buy or pass."

"In
Cincinnati Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
of 2009 I decided to purchase an automobile as GM was offering to allow GM Card customers to use $3000 + towards the purchase of their next vehicle. As I had $3000 accumulated in points, I decided to go ahead and upgrade my car. I had done everything but sign on the dotted line at another competitor when I heard about a sale on Malibus over the radio over at

Chevrolet in

Ohio. I called
Cincinnati Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
, got a salesman,
Cincinnati Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
, on the line, and told him I was about to purchase a Malibu from a competitor when I caught the add on the radio. It was a Malibu LS for roughly $16,500. The competitor was offering theirs for about $18,500 (I would have paid roughly $15K before taxes and dealer add-on's such as bumper-to-bumper warantee's etc.). I told
Cincinnati Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
what I was looking for and indicated that I really wanted a Malibu with the six speed automatic transmission if he had one, but that I couldn't afford to go any higher than 19K (I didn't mention the GM points). In the end, he agreed to work with me to get the car I wanted under 19K (4 cyl. engine/6spd transmission, sunroof, remote start, power convenience package, steering wheel audio controls, and tinted windows). He even got permission to offer me over twice as much as the competitor for my trade-in without even seeing it. In the end I would have wound up paying about 16k after taxes, but I wound up buying the extended bumper-to-bumper warrantee, and the Value Guard paint and noise treatment). I have since found out that those were not wise purchases, but I still wound up leaving

with a much better car for the exact same price as the competitor would have given me for the LS. During all this. I was making calls between
Cincinnati Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
and the competitor. I must have called the competitor 4 times that day. With each call he'd say "there's no way you're getting a new Malibu LT with all those features for that price. It's a used car ... a demo ... an 08 rather than an 09 ... they'll add in a fee as you're signing for it ... there is absolutely, positively, no way they can offer you that car for that price without loosing money." With each subsequent call to
Cincinnati Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
, he'd say "Nope, it's a brand new car ... has 37 miles on it ... it's an 09, not an 08 ... only fee we'll add are the taxes and anything you decide to purchase ... true we aren't gonna make too much in profit on this particular car, but we are getting a sale and earning a customer [

was right, I only take my car there for service and maintenance]. They are trying every trick in the book to keep you from coming out to see the car.." He said he'd pull it into the service center for me and have it all ready for me to check out, to make sure that everything he was telling me was true, and if there was anything I didn't like about the car, no hard feelings. It was everything he said it would be for the exact price he offered. No tricks, no games, just one heck of a car for a great price. I love my Malibu, and
Cincinnati Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
earned a loyal customer (I just took my wife's Saturn there for maintenance today--by the way their service department is open until midnight on weekdays, and 5pm on Saturdays! Very convenient for working folks!)

blew me away.
Cincinnati Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
was polite, honest, hard working, responsive, and very friendly in dealing with all my obviously competitor-fed questions. A +++ I'll be back in a few years when my wife's ready for her new car!

"We contacted this dealership via the Internet and received a few quotes. When we went to the store, they told us those were purchase prices, not lease prices. Our lease price was higher. We agreed to the higher price, moved our personal items from our trade-in to the new vehicle and waited and waited and waited. The sales manager came out and told us that they "forgot" to add in the sales tax and our payment would be about $30 more per month. We walked. About a week later they agreed to honor the second of the three prices we were given."

"Overall, a very good experience in purchasing a used car. They had a low mileage Mazda 3 on their website with a very fair price according to our research. We had some concerns about the wear on two of the tires, and discussed it with them. They were willing to arrive at a solution which we thought fair, and they felt was the right thing to do. I was impressed.
Cincinnati Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
was great to work with, has great stories, and you get the strong feeling they stand behind their cars.

"I sent a quote through the internet. They replied, and I talked to them on a Wednesday, and they had the car ready by Friday. They took a lot of time also to walk me through the car and teach me about all of the new features, and this was really helpful. It was a really good experience. They responded well through the internet."

"I had been looking on the Internet forever, and found this car. Was a little bit hesitant about dealing with a "used car dealer", but they answered my long list of questions via email (such as which sports car of the 4 I was considering they felt was most reliable, cheapest to maintain, etc..) Low on pressure, high on INFORMATION. These guys truly know and love sports cars, and it shows. I trusted their 41 years of experience, and I'm very happy that I did. I came out of the deal with a beautiful car at a great price. They buy most of their Miatas from the company and they are NICE. I purchased mine at close to what a trade-in value would have been on
Cincinnati Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
. I never would have gotten this much attention, information or laughs from a regular dealer. Well worth the trip wherever you live!

"The people at
Cincinnati Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
are SO much better than the typical "car salesmen". They talk to you like a real person and not just as a prospective buyer. They aren't pushy with the sale.
Cincinnati Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
went over and above what is required for a typical sale. He located the car for us in
Cincinnati Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
, transported it to
Cincinnati Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
, and completed the sale within three days. He even ran some papers out to our house in person. My husband who isn't easily impressed and hates car shopping, really liked the car, the salesperson, and the dealership. The car itself is highly responsive. It goes where and when you want it to (and quickly!). It stops where and when you want it to. It is loaded with safety features. I have heard that it is one of the safest cars in the world. I feel very comfortable driving myself and my family in this car.

"We went to test drive several cars. We looked at and test drove the Toyota Camry Hybrid.
Cincinnati Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
was extremely thorough in his description of every detail of the car including expected maintenance. He gave us a very complete picture to make our final decision. Everyone at
Cincinnati Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
Toyota was very friendly. The car ended up being a little too expensive and the
Cincinnati Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
a little too small for us. Overall, I would highly recommend the car. We ended up buying a different car.
