The gentleman arrived, got right to work, and explained exactly what happened. The "wrapper" on the premeasured detergent pod failed to dissolve as it should. He recommended the brand that is pod-like but has to be unwrapped.

Perfect! Our technician was
. I was impressed on how he worked quickly and efficiently! My refrigerator was brand new and the water/ice dispenser wasn't working correctly. He quickly determined that the water line was kinked below the floor, went out to his truck and had a new water line (we didn't have to wait) and put it on in a timely matter. My washing machine had a part crack on the back of it where the water hooked up to it. When I called the office, the office manager
took down my make and model of the appliance, ordered the part, and
had it with him when he came out to my house. There was no waiting for parts. I had everything fixed within two days from the day I contacted their office. Amazing!!!

Everything went well. I called the company on Monday afternoon. They had someone here the next day by noon. I thought that my ex-husband had already checked the vents of the dryer when we started having trouble. Obviously I was wrong. The reason my dryer wasn't working was all of the lint that
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
pulled out of it. He also took the dryer apart in order to make sure he got it all. He went outside and cleaned out the vent in the yard. He was prompt, thorough, and efficient. It is so nice to have a dryer that dries in one cycle again.

We moved into our house in September of last year. We had a home warranty with the purchase through First American.
When preparing Easter Brunch, we noticed that the burners on our KitchenAid electric
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
/range/oven would suddenly stop working and thus we could not cook our brunch. So a few business days later we called First American to put in a claim to get the electric
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
/range/oven repaired.
First American sent out
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
Appliance repair to fix it. They said the controls needed to be replaced and that they would order the parts. A few days later the parts showed up at the house and
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
Appliance repair called to verify and schedule someone to come out and do the repair.
When
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
Appliance showed up, they had two people because they said this was going to be a big job. Apparently along with the controls, the wiring harness had to be replaced since the controls had different connection. So when they opened the parts box and took a look, the two guys had a conversation and said they could not do the work. They said they were going to call First American and tell them they needed to send out another company.
A few days later, First American called
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
(was not actually
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
, it was a subcontractor that
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
uses) to come out and take a look. They said the control board needed to be replaced. They ordered the part, came out replaced it, and it really did not work even worse than before. They then ordered another control board. The board worked the next time, but the
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
still have the problem with the controls going out and the burners stopped working again while you would try to cook. So now
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
agreed with
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
that the controls needed to be replaced. When the control parts arrived, the
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
guy looked at the box of parts (same parts that
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
Appliance ordered) and said that the
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
was beyond repair. They said First American was going to replace it now.
Then I followed up with First American who verified the
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
was going to be replaced. BUT....a few days later when they found out this unit originally a high-end
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
worth around $2,500 they decided not to replace it and called a third appliance repair company -
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
.
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
sent out one of their technicians named Pat who said he could fix it. He agreed the controls were bad. I filled him in on the entire ordeal (two months had passed by this time). Pat said that the repair was very time consuming and difficult and that's why in his opinion the other two appliance repair companies backed out and said they could not to it. I also did not mention earlier that the
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
subcontractors dented the
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
control panel while trying to put the
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
back together. They admitted they did it and said they would replace it.
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
never did, so I did tell Pat I wanted that replaced when he came back to do the repair.
Pat submitted the estimate to First American - I am just guessing the repair was north of $500 - and First American gave them the OK to repair it. Pat ordered the parts and when they came in,
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
called and scheduled the repair.
It was a big job to rewire it and Pat was here for a number of hours. But when it is all said an done, as Pat promised, he said he could fix it and he did. Pat was a real professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He was very careful and through and it was a time consuming job.
I was very disappointed that First American never called
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
in the first place. In fact, I am not very happy that First American put me through a 2 1/2 month ordeal to get our
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
/range/oven fixed. Had they called
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
in the first place, I would have been a happy camper with the First American home warranty.
Here's the summary. If you want it done right the first time and not go through endless ordeals, just call
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
instead of
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
with these other companies.
Thanks to Pat and
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
- we can cook again (though not sure if my wife will agree with the last statement :-)

After struggling with another company for 2 weeks to fix our refrigerator, we called Day in to let us know what the problem was and actually fix it. The repair man was professional and gave me a lot of great information about what was wrong, what caused it, how it could be fixed and what the other company likely didn't do correctly. I had paperwork and our old part from the other company, which he looked over. It seems the other company did not correctly set something after the replacement was installed. He did this quickly, then gave us advice about how to get the fridge cold the fastest way. He also took a look at our coils, which he said the other company should have cleaned, and cleaned them for us free of charge given how much we had already spent with the other company. He also stressed that if we did need them to come back, we would be considered a priority since they had already made one call out.
Day provided quick, smart and fair service. We will definitely be using them in the future, should we have any more issues.

He told me he could get the part necessary for the repair. Gave me an estimate and 30 days to have the repair done. He came back 2 days later, replaced the part & it is working great! I had a coupon, via Angie's List, and he also deducted the amount of the service call as well.

is very efficient, prompt, professional, courteous, and extremely nice. He also calls when he is on his way! Recommend him VERY highly!!

Very well. Company was prompt to the appointment, even though I had a family emergency and late getting back to my house. He waited for me. He found the problem quickly and repaired it within an hour. He offered to check the washer, since both were not working when I originally called for the appointment. The service visit did cost more than the deal purchased, $80 toward $110 of appliance servicing and I paid $60+ more than expected. But, the deal does state that parts are not included, and he did replace a fuse, and spent additional time cheching my washer, to avoid having to make another service call. The costs were well worth it, and I was pleased with the appointment overall, based on the level of customer service, knowledge of the problem and prompt scheduling.

I called on Monday the 16th for a diagnosis of a non-spinning Samsung top-loader washer. The young lady on the phone, while not particularly pleasant or engaging scheduled me an appointment the next day, between 1 and 5pm. I was told that the agent assigned to my problem would give me a call prior so I could meet him at my house.
I received a call at almost 1pm straight up.
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
identified himself and said he could meet me at my house in 3 or 4 minutes. Unfortunately, I was across town and told him I was 25 minutes out. He asked if he could run back to the shop, pick up some parts he needed and come back. I assured him that once I was home he could come any time. He showed up near 2pm.
I showed him the washer, he ran through the cycles a few times, listened to my full tale on what happened and then wondered out loud if it could be a broken wire like the Samsung her paired earlier today. Sure enough, he tilted the washer crawled underneath and found a broken wired connecting the expelling water pump. He repaired it and another wire in the same connection...going beyond his duty.
After the repair he plugged it back in and ran the rest of the cycle.
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
waited the 12+ minutes for it to fully run through. When it completed he rang me up, gave me a fridge magnet with
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
contact info and bid me good-bye.
I would like to add that throughout the whole time he was at my house he was offering
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
advice on brands of washers, cleaning the washer, how to get better cleaning from the washer...a veritable plethora of
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
. It was greatly appreciated.

My 28 year old refrigerator started making a rattling noise. I called
Cincinnati Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
and they said a technician would be there within a few hours. The repairman was there in a couple of hours and quickly determined the timer controlling the cooling cycle needed to be replaced. He said the refrigerator would have been done for if that timer had quit completely. Those old refrigerators may use more energy than new ones, but they are certainly made to last much longer.
