The quality of work and professionalism are top notch. It took a while for
to get back to us and for the project to be completed, and prices were higher than some other bidders, but since we were not in a huge rush and were looking for quality it was a good fit for us. He listened to our needs and worked with us throughout the design and installation, checking to make sure we were pleased at every step. Very nice, friendly, easy to work with. We would hire him again for other projects.

I have used
on a few occasions for various jobs, this by far being the biggest.
is on time and professional and wants to make sure that everything is to the customer's satisfaction. He will fix whatever needs to be fixed to satisfy the customer which is a great quality in a contractor. In fact, I identified a slight problem with the floor that we are still unsure of. But he quickly responded to my text and has agreed to come out to look at it. I add this because getting the job done is one thing. Having someone be open to coming out and helping you troubleshoot is what makes for great customer service and return business.
I had concerns about the toxicity of the paint and stain. He did his research and found the stain with the lowest VOC without it being water based. He was forthright on pricing, labor, etc for this vs. that, which helped me make the right decision. Moreover,
finished the job on time. This was important since I had movers move everything downstairs to the upstairs so it was important for him to be on time so that I could coordinate with the movers. I would highly recommend
and his crew-they were top notch. If you have building rules, just let them know and they will work to abide by them. And the most important thing--everything came out beautifully. The floors were transformative and I have gotten many compliments including that my house looks like something out of HG TV!

it went very well.

is an excellent business owner and designer, his crews are prompt, friendly and competant, and when something is unexpected or goes wrong (and something always does with a big project), he was great at resolving the situation. his crews are very customer friendly as well. the one glitch was that his planter resource was not very good (capital gardens). they were VERY slow and their customer service was awful. we decided to go with a difference source and it worked well.

I purchased a "deal" for 8 hours of work for $299.
Chicago Carpenters Provider Name Locked
and his colleague came when they said they would, purchased all materials needed for the work with no fuss. They worked very hard to get the drywall dried and sanded within the timeframe I'd paid for. They ended up working two hours more but because we hadn't discussed that eventuality,
Chicago Carpenters Provider Name Locked
felt it was unfair to charge me. (We split the difference.) The work was done with minimum disruption in the house and everything was cleaned up and put back in place before they left.
I have several projects around my house and would definitely consider
Chicago Carpenters Provider Name Locked
in the future. It's nice to have someone who arrives on time, does what he says he's going to do, does it on time, is professional and the work holds up!

I tried to get a jump on this in the spring but the provider was very backed up and stressed out and I had to keep pushing just to have them done by
Chicago Carpenters Provider Name Locked
. That would be forgivable, since she had all these deals going on, but she probably needed to hire help. She seemed charming in a quirky kind of way, which is great, and knowledgable and eager to please with plant selection. But then she started saying really unprofessional things about other customers. Okay, she was having a hard time pleasing people and people can be difficult. But then I found that talking about colors and what I pictured would never stick and she would call and say that I was having a hard time deciding, when I knew from the start what I wanted and it would get changed by her, like she never wrote anything down! We eventually got it straight and she came over and unloaded everything in my

Very well.
Chicago Carpenters Provider Name Locked
had been recommended to me by several friends. I called him and he and another gentleman came out the very next weekend and repaired the issue including all the additional problems cause by the moving wall. They did a great job in securing the wall and fixing all the related issues.

was able to come out on a Saturday morning to check out the scope of work. An estimate was provided a few days later. We were able to schedule the work about a week after I decided to move forward. Work began on Thursday morning — the crew of 3 lead by
Chicago Carpenters Provider Name Locked
was very professional, courteous, and hard working. After the first day, the landing structure was built and concrete stair base was poured. They came back to finish the job on Friday morning and were finished in the early afternoon, completing the assembly of the steps and handrails. The end result was exactly what we were looking for in the project. They stood behind the work, ensuring that it was built to code and structurally sound. Would hire again and recommend to others.

Very competent. My deck was destroyed by the ice falling on it this past winter. He completed the work in sufficient time and knew exactly how to fix it. The price for the work was reasonable. A little higher than the estimate due to supplies needed.

I purchased the deal for 2 contractors for 4 hours for $300. It took an additional hour of work to complete the job. It went very well. The door and window both look great and function well. I would not hesitate to use

again for future projects.
