"One on the window cracked last winter and he came out and replaced it. His concrete work was good, and it looked great but the concrete is already flaking at the edges. It’s a little disappointing; it seems like the quality of concrete wasn’t the best. He did come back last year to fill in a spot I had a problem ...more with. I haven’t contact this year yet to do any fixes. He was responsive and price was fair. I probably wouldn't use him again for concrete work though."

They were very punctual.  They came out when they said they would in the morning.  Their sales agent was very professional.  The installers were the main people that I dealt with.  I've used them before for siding, so I knew the company.  They also had a fair amount of good reviews on Angie's ...more List.  They did a very nice job.  I don't think they were the lowest in price, but they were reasonably competitive.  I had checked out a couple of other companies too.  The quality of their work has been very good so far.  It looks good.  I don't have any problems with the windows.

"Easy process with . Called them up based on Angie's List feedbacks. came by and gave the quote on the spot with his portable printer. I decided to go with them on the screen door and patio door purchase (decided to go with another company for my window needs as carried Alside ...more widow which wasn't what I wanted). Their price was right and their service/attitude were great. I had to push the installation back by a few months due to construction delay at my renovation, they had no issue with that whatsoever. Come installation day, two men crew did the install in about three hours, professional, clean and courteous. made an excellent sales pitch showing his team's qualifications, experience, certifications and insurance. Had several other GC's in the house for estimates but none came in that left me feeling at all confident they were up for the job. I've been in homes with contractors run wild in the past so my nose is tuned to sort out promises that can't be kept. Glad that my sense of smell is still working fine as Catalyst did great work. Work started soon after I signed the contract. Partial payment was made on the first day of work and they didn't leave the job until the contract was complete. A timeline was provided upfront in regard to what we still needed to pick-out and finalize in order to keep them busy - we kept up with those timelines and they kept busy.

"Overall the project went well. KB was always on the job and always kept an open line of communication between us and the architect. We had a 1 year walk-thru with KB and there were only very minor things on the punch list. KB stands by and is proud of their work and has repaired/adjusted all of those items. I have recommended them and will use them again for future projects. We are very happy with our "new" home."

"I read the reviews about them on Angie?s list and therefore I contacted them. They were nice and professional. They were nice guys to deal with. They were timely. They were punctual. I thought they were too pricey particularly for what I wanted. I ended up getting all of the screens for roughly a $1000, so when the price was a bit more than $3000 ...more I obviously found it expensive. I eventually got another company who installed my screens for a $1000 and they were referred to me by my friend. It was substantially less in this company that I got it done from. I would use their services again in the future."
