They came to paint and wanted to work only from the inside. Not really knowing this guy or his workers, I had to have my husband come and stay at home from work. He did not intend on using any ladders to do this job (on the 3rd floor) until I questioned him about it (then he put up a ladder). He was condescending to me, telling me to talk to my husband as though my puny female brain was not able to comprehend. Or maybe it was my accent? In any event, they removed the storm windows from the inside?? His workers who, according to

, "could build a house if the city gave them license to do so" could not even glaze and prime properly (missing the tops of 3 windows and not glazing ANYTHING). Even his workers admitted that they should have been working from the outside...curious. They primed the windows, finally, but did not glaze as they were supposed to. They also had large swaths of primer on the glass itself which would have been easily cleaned upon their return to paint. BUT THEY NEVER CAME BACK OR EVEN ANSWERED OUR CALLS. Thankfully I found someone to finish the job before the weather got too cold. The guy is a shyster who will say anything to make an excuse for his total lack of professionalism. We were too desperate otherwise we should have fired him from the first moment he walked into our house insulting me. I am so shocked that he had good reviews on Angie's List! ZERO STARS!"

I am a real estate agent who was searching for good vendors to do work to make the sale of my seller's condo happen. came out quickly and proptly and upon washing the 3-step windows (window, storm window & screen) make them sparkle. He also ...more removed the 2 windows air conditionsers to the basement storage area for a reasonable fee. Because of tghe good job he did...people in the other 8 units will most likely be using his services, in fact one other unit has already done so. I recommend him highly because not only did he do a good job but was pleasurable to work with.

I described in great detain the number of windows, type of windows, type of storms, number of pains of glass, etc. When the workers arrived, one told me the job would be $310. They hadn?t put a ladder up yet or looked in the gutters. He said if I didn?t have the gutters cleaned now, when they were cleaned, the windows would get dirty again from water used to flush out the gutters spilling onto the windows. I told them that I had just had the gutters cleaned in the fall, but if they put up a ladder, I would go up and take a look to see if they needed to be cleaned. They put a ladder up in the front, one worker went up onto the roof, and I went up the ladder. There were no leaves in the gutter. He said that the gutters in the back of the house were full of leaves. I asked him to put up a ladder in the back and I would take a look. He came back and said the gutters were not very dirty in the back, and he would clean them for free. After this I called the company to report what I described above. I was told by the general manager that the job should be $260. They cleaned the windows and I paid the bill. I was told that the workers shouldn?t be changing the price, should not be soliciting for gutter cleaning that wasn?t discussed when I obtained the estimate for the window cleaning, or offering to clean the gutters for free. I was told that the general manager wanted to speak with his workers about this. After the job was completed, the general manager called me and asked if I was happy with the service. I said that the windows were cleaned to my satisfaction, but that I felt his workers lied to me, and attempted to commit fraud. I asked that he contact me after speaking to his workers. I have not heard back from him yet."

"Two men arived to do the windows. They removed their shoes to come in the house. They were very professional and obviously knew what they were doing. 42 windows in 2 hours! I couldn't believe it! Windows were clean and without streaks. When they were gone you would never have known they were there. He quoted standard pricing for external cleaning: $5 per window for the first floor, $7.50 for the second, and $10 per window on the third ...more floor. For inside, it's $3/window if he's doing the outside as well. His schedule was crazy (booked for an entire month) but he managed to squeeze in our relatively small job within a week to accommodate our schedule, which was greatly appreciated. He wore shoe covers inside and took great care not to disturb anything during the interior window cleaning. All furniture was returned to its original place and no water or cleaning fluid was spilled.
