took full ownership of the project from start to finish, he was at the house at 7am every morning with his crew to assign that days tasks and give direction. He did a complete walk-through every evening taking note of next steps or anything that needed to be fixed before moving on to the next stage of the project. The crew was polite and cleaned up after every task as well as every evening, We felt completely comfortable being at work during the day and leaving the house to the crew during the day. What I must also call out is that we did change our minds on a couple of things and
Chicago Wall Paper Removers Provider Name Locked
, without hesitation, got it done. This is a contractor that will work with you and also give you ideas as you go along if you want.

"First, my biggest concern was about adhesive and plaster dust and chemical odors getting into the rest of the house, not just because it would be a mess and smelly, but also because my elderly father has chronic respiratory disease. So beforehand, I taped plastic over all the appliances, the shutters in the windows and the doors. When Israel arrived (right on time), he assured me that the smell would be minimal, and he was a good sport about working taped into the kitchen. He did an excellent job--the walls look great--and he cleaned up thoroughly. We did get some essence of solvent--not a smell, but we could feel it a little in our throats--in the rest of the house, but a little cross ventilation aired it out, and my father had no problems breathing at any time. Israel completed the job in the 8 hours allotted and had some valuable recommendations about a plaster repair for the kitchen ceiling. We would definitely consider using Accurate to do additional plaster work in the kitchen and do the painting."

"I had recently taken a new job as the regional Vice President of an international bank. This was a promotion for me and I was very excited as well as nervous about the job. One of my first main projects was to oversee the renovation of one of the branches I managed. I did some research and asked some people I knew and
Chicago Wall Paper Removers Provider Name Locked
came up a few times. I contacted them as well as a few other companies for bids.
Chicago Wall Paper Removers Provider Name Locked
was the most thorough. He and his team were very patient answering all of my questions and extremely professional and funny. I also just had a great feeling with him. He seemed to be very patient and kind. I decided to go with them because of the difficult nature of the project in that it was time sensitive and had to be done while the bank remained in operation.
Chicago Wall Paper Removers Provider Name Locked
and his team stepped up to the challenges they were given by working odd shifts and hours so that they not only could finish the job on time but ahead of schedule. Throughout the process we continued to have many questions and decisions that needed to be made and
Chicago Wall Paper Removers Provider Name Locked
and his project managers were very helpful along the way. I’m beyond happy with

and plan to use them for further renovations at our other branches and when I need some work done in the coming months personally.

"I bought an Angie's list coupon for 8 hours of painting/wall paper work. I was having wall paper removed from a hallway and kitchen, with the wallpaper located above a chair rail and behind the cabinets. It was less than half of each wall surface and often just a 2-2.5 strip above the cabinets.
On the date we scheduled service, a laborer and the owner arrived on time. Sadly, they arrived without equipment and I supplied buckets, towels, ladders, stools, and clean up supplies. The owner left shortly after, leaving one man to complete the work. He was respectful and worked very hard, getting all but one wall completed and ready for finish. I phoned the owner towards the end of the day and asked about having the remaining wall completed by the same guy. He agreed to have another worked there for the second morning and after speaking to his worker he estimated that it would be done by mid-day.
Day 2, two workers showed up about 1/2 hour late. They got to work, this time bringing their own supplies so I didn't need to provide them. The wallpaper was removed much differently the second day, taking much longer and also starting to cause a great deal of water damage to the wall. I phoned the owner to assess our situation and convey my displeasure at the wall being damaged and the work being done in a different quality. He decided that a steamer was needed, which he didn't provide and asked me to agree to rent for him. I did not agree, but he showed up around 1pm with it anyway, This is where the day takes a turn. The steamer made short work of ruining the wall surface and creating deep cavities beyond the plaster of the wall. We spoke at the end of the day because I was furious at the quality of work and the state that my walls were now left. He indicated that having two workers for a further 8 hours was going to be billed at a rate of $500 plus the charge of the steamer. I asked that he come to see the work the following day and we would arrange payment based on a visual inspection of the walls. He never showed, thus I never paid the bill for the second day, but I am now left with walls that need to be replaced instead of simply resurfaced. Should the owner have come to see the condition his company left I would have been willing to try to salvage the process and work out an amended contract, but he refused. The owner was unprofessional, ill prepared for the job they were contracted for, and of poor quality.

"We started renovating our 3 flat but did not want to give the entire project to a general contractor, as we wanted to maintain control over hiring of various subcontractors, selection of finishes and key materials, and overseeing day-to-day progress and quality. But we also needed someone to help push the project forward, coordinate activities, and advise us on an ongoing basis. Tomasz, the owner of
Chicago Wall Paper Removers Provider Name Locked
and Remodeling, became that person. The specific work he and his crew performed (see the long list under Work Description) was of excellent quality. Tomasz himself did all the carpentry and tile work. He is very exacting , thinks through the details and implications, presents options and looks for creative yet practical solutions when issues arise. We are very happy with the results of his and his team’s work. We’re also happy that we could bounce ideas off of him—he has great experience as well as good taste. Tomasz also hired the floor restoration/refinishing crew for our original maple floors; they were also very competent and attentive to detail—these guys know floors. He also recommended some other professionals and businesses that were relatively inexpensive and worked out well for us (kitchen cabinets reseller, garbage disposal, etc.). Overall, we got great service and terrific value from our experience with
Chicago Wall Paper Removers Provider Name Locked
. Short of a few loose ends, we’re done! Tomasz was central to our ability to complete this within our budget yet with high quality. We won’t hesitate to hire him again.

's estimate was 4 pages of detailed work, with a payment schedule. He started 3 weeks after I signed the contract as we agreed. Because I had to wait for a roofing contractor to finish repair on a leak above the living room,
Chicago Wall Paper Removers Provider Name Locked
's crew had to start the project out of sequence. Still, they moved ahead every day including Saturdays. The knowledge and skills in his workers is advanced and detail oriented. The scope of work as mentioned above also included the additional work listed below (add $760): fix a broken shower faucet. Install a utility sink in the laundry room. install corner cabinets in dining room to apear built in. correct improper install of built-in oven.

"They removed the toilets and sinks and replaced them with no problems.
They worked carefully and really fast and were remarkably clean. The workmanship
was excellent.
Chicago Wall Paper Removers Provider Name Locked
himself picked up on the rotted floor joists before beginning and
made some very good tile advice. He always answered phone calls and was
cooperative when one day we needed to be away in the middle of the work week.
Believe it or not it was almost painless. I have really nice looking bathrooms
especially for a house of this age ( 1929) .
Thanks

Chicago Wall Paper Removers Provider Name Locked
arrived punctually every morning. He showed me where a previous contractor who had stripped the doors had done a less than perfect job, so I had them re-strip the doors in addition to the other woodwork. They stained the woodwork and applied two coats of varnish. Two bedroom closets, one a walk-in, were plastered, primed and painted as well as bedroom and bathroom. Old wallpaper, which was at least 25 years old, was removed from bedroom walls and
