on a Tuesday, he came early Thursday morning. I trusted him with a key to lock up behind him and everything was perfect when I got home. The guys were super friendly to my dog, left the place spotless and smelling great. There was one old, severe stain that was not removed, but significantly lightened (I *never* expected it to come out - furniture stain that's been on the rug for years). Only "con" is that the "built-in" scotch guard or protection that he explained was in the shampoo doesn't seem to work as well as other treatments. Spilled something small on the couch this week and it did not bead up like liquid does with Scotchguard. I was able to easily remove the stain, but bought a can of scotchguard and treated the couch again just in case ($7 for my white couch...$ well spent). Overall, great job and great experience working with them - would use again."

He was completely considerate of new wood flooring and there was not one drop of water on them. The rugs were dry within 5 hours; the sofa took a little longer, but not much. Angi's List discount was applied. I was very pleased with the results and would definitely use Galaxy for future upholstery and rug cleaning."
