"Called company on 5/4/11 and

answered. I was trying to set up an appointment to have someone drop by and give me an estimate on a leaky roof. When I asked if Saturday was an option,

said yes and that he would call me back later in the week to confirm a time. I never heard from him again. "

"This company never returned my call. I called on 5/4/11 and spoke with the answering service, the gentlemen was very nice and professional and told me they'd call back the next day. I never heard from them."

"I called last Thursday and asked if I could have someone stop by to give an estimation on a leak in our roof. They said they'd have to assign the job out to one of the estimators who would then call me to schedule the appointment. I replied that I needed to know if they have options to do estimates outside of 9-5 M-F because if not I'd have to take time off of work. They said they couldn't tell me that, it was up to the estimator that would call me. By Monday the estimator still had not called, so I called back again and followed up and they said again that someone would call me. At this point I think it's just bad that it was so difficult to even get an appointment for an estimate and we hadn't even go to the work yet. So then

calls and I let him know that if he has to come during business hours that I'd have to call off work for part of the day, and he agrees to come on Wed. morning at 7am. I let him know I'd be cutting it close to get to work on time so it would have to be right at 7am. So Wed. morning at 7:10am he still had not arrived. I called the company's number and he got on the phone and said he was still at the office and had been "held up". I think he could have called us and let us know he was running late, and asked to reschedule. So I will not be calling them again. I thought that overall they were slow and inconsiderate."

"They put a roof on twelve years ago and certain

shingles were bad during that time period. I called

and they were very good about handling everything with the class action suit. They did everything, they took pictures of the roof and sent the shingles in. I didn't have to do a thing. There was kind of a messy application to get reimbursed for the shingles and they did everything and put the roof on. I was very happy with them. It's all working very well. Soon after the transaction was selected we received the cheque reimbursement from the shingle company. They reimbursed us for the shingles but they didn't reimburse for the labor and that was the best we could expect. I went with a higher quality shingles than what I had on there previously and I also had the vents completely redone. I took an old attic fan out and they put new bathroom vents in. They attached everything and then put a ridge vent in. Work was excellent. Even the first time they put in the treatment of the ice shield. When I talked about having the roof redone the representative was very good. He explained how they would have to put another

on because the old one had nail holes and was probably going to be damaged while taking the shingles off. They were very prompt and they did a few things that I didn't expect them to do like attaching the bathroom vent to the new vents. The person was very good about explaining the venting system. Although he recommended a ridge vent he gave me all kind of options with and without, so I had a lot of options to choose from. He made several trips bringing sample tile shingles so that my wife could decide on the color. This generally was a good experience. I look up on them actually along with some other roofing companies and they have good points and bad points like most companies do. It's very hard even though companies are high on their own there are possibilities of having a blip depending on the crew you get but I was pleased both the times. They would be the first people I would call if had a problem."
