"His name is I have already paid him extra for it. He's a good person in general, and I rate him highly. He is very reasonable, but he needs to improve on his follow-up and clean-up. The quality of his work is excellent for the price that he charges."

Chicago Pressure Washing Services Reviews
"We bid out the job to 3 or 4 companies. Their bid was great, they just weren't the lowest bid. The name stands out because I did continue to get mailings from them saying things like that they would still do the work for the same price even though it has been 3 months. Their stuff is all top of the line, their bid was very thorough but we didn't go with them. "
" quotes from were sensitive to my particular needs. The crew arrived promptly. I had cleaned out most of the basement and what remained, I put in plastic bins. They removed the bins, cleaned out the basement, and then washed down the bins before replacing them. "
"I called this company on a Monday, the estimator was out the next day. I had a Proposal on the same day emailed to me and we signed on a Wednesday. The whole Job was Completed in less then Three days from the first call. This company is simply the most proffesional and dependable company i have ever delt with. The Job site was left perfectly clean when they were finished. The supervisor stopped by the next day to inspect the work of his crew and asked if i had any questions about anything. The invoice arrived via email about 4 days later and i happily paid it. I recieved a call about a week later from the supervisor just following up and wondering if i had any questions. It was a pleasure to work with this Group. I have since hired them to Pressure wash our pool deck and roof and had them seal coat our drive way. My sister hired them in August of 2009 to do a tree removal of a very large cotton Wood that 5 other tree services didnt want to work on, the job went great, My sister is more then happy> i just signed a new contract for them to install a new concrete floor at our car wash. "The company is very responsive. After contacting them, they came out immediately and provided me with a quote. Because it was so late in the season, they were not sure if they would be able to fit my job in 2009 and let me know that it may be bumped to their 2010 season. They constantly keep me up to date as to whether the job would get done in 2009 (which it did). This company was very easy to work with. "
"We wanted on contractor and team to perform and manage all the work we had to do. Fortune was fantastic through the entire life cycle of the project. They were always prompt and would give you a heads up if people were going to be running late or reschedule days do to weather. The team of painters and other craftsmen were courteous and good at taking to the time to explain any questions. One thing our building appreciated was how they cleaned up at the end of every day. Also, they performed their work to your satisfaction. At the end of the project, there was a section of down spout that did not get replaced. The section was 60 feet up in the air was overlooked. When I told Fortune about this, there were no questions asked or push back. The team was out the next day and took care of the problem. Most important of all their quality was very good. The trim on the building looks great, with no paint on any of the windows. This has been the best service company and contractor we have used to date. "
"Our backstairs & landings had not been cleaned or stained in 5 years and were starting to turn colors - gray (faded) and green (mold). SparkleWash (SW) promptly emailed a quote - and it was several hundred dollars LESS than past years. Their manager even came over to check the stairs and stain to make sure we got the correct match, since the company provided all the stain for the project. As the wood needed to be dry, the stain part of project was weather-dependent and we postponed once. The manager's follow-up was excellent throughout the process. Also, the workers showed up ON TIME. They were neat and professional; we did not find stain droplets on the cement under the stairs. The manager offered to drop off a can of the stain after the project so we could do touch-ups and know what stain was used for next time. There are a few spots where stain did not soak in evenly but this is likely due to the age of the wood and brand of stain (SW suggested sticking with the same brand, which did not allow second coats while wet). They did stain the underside of stairs and did a good job on outside pieces, hard to reach on 2nd- 3rd floors. "
"Bad experience. how the paint was coming off before continuing. However, he seemed knowledgable about the various media he could use, different masonry issues, etc. He had seen a photo of our house and had some idea of the project, and had given us a preliminary quote of $520 to remove paint from all the trim. When he arrived, he said it would be $490 to take the paint off of only those pieces of trim that he could reach from the ground (about 1/2 the trim on the house). He described how he would protect the gutters and other parts of the house adjacent to the trim from damage. We finally agreed on a price of $350 for the lower trim. He got his hoses organized & began blasting. I don't know what is standard in terms of amount of sand, power, and spray size, but he broke both windows of our storm door and removed some paint from one of our new downspouts. He stopped part way through because he could see that the paint wasn't coming off evenly, and we decided to end the project there. He wanted $350, but he had done less than 1/2 of the work he was supposed to do for that price, plus he broke the window. I told him I figured he did $150 worth of work, minus $70 for the broken window, and he accepted $80. "
"Great job. washing was a particular challenge on one side of the house since a house was just built next door and "
